I love that you use white. Most watercolorists won't touch it. I like it because it keeps the paint creamy rather than using all water.

7:00 For roses, I firstly make spirals with very light color leaving spaces white and then use a little dark color to make shadows. ( my own experiment)

You could try adding tiny gouache flowers in a super light color, think baby's breath just sort of stippled on top

1:37 if you want to save lead... remove the lead from your pencil whilst tracing as the pressure of the tip is what makes the transfer not the lead. (My mom uses a bone folder to trace the shape and make the transfer.) 💖🌞🌵😷
