Is there a full documentary about her Red Bull career? Because I'd like to know when her financial system turned around, and when they spotted her and helped her. Her story is an obvious movie script that Hollywood should pickup right now. It's such an inspiration, and to know she had to deal with her father's loss too.

John, I don't mean to be harsh, but just because someone 'dislikes' a video doesn't mean they are disrespecting the individual who the story is about. Quite often it is about not wanting KZbin to 'suggest' this type of video category. Get it? Understand? Now stop being an idiot! ( calm down, just kidding)

In some racing venues they spend millions of dollars to protect racers from hitting a solid object like a reinforced wall or pole. They pad it, put up tires, foam walls, rubber barriers, water barrels, shock absorbing materials of all kinds. I noticed when they were racing on the Sacramento track, the barriers on the straights were just steel bars. Sure they put up a few hay bales and plywood on the corners, but if anyone lost it on the straights and went off to the outside of the track....it would be a meat grinder. Yet, that doesn't slow her or the other racers down a bit. There's so much more to this sport than meets the eye. What's inside is what really count.

A heartwarming moment when Shayna says she realised she's just been the first woman to win a US National singles major flat track event. But I that started me thinking.. I'm struggling to think of another sport on the entire planet where a woman can duke it out toe to toe with men on an equal footing...and beat the best of them. 🤔🤔 Faaaaaan-bloody-tastic! What a tiger.. 👍 👌

I raced in 1968 on the 1/4 mile in Flint, Michigan against the best 250 cc riders in the country (Bart Markel and Charlie Chapel). Now 75 and loaded with cynicism about DEI and women's entitlement ... I can say with knowledge and authority that Flat Track is a sport where women can compete with men on even footing. In fact most have a weight advantage. Just know that on the final lap in turn three at 70mph you might get your front tire taken out by the rear tire of another rider (man or woman) and you better not cry or whine in the pit. It's balls, not estrogen that makes a winner (man or woman).
