I am always so proud of you Shay. This is amazing to see. I love all your rituals and daily routine. Your property is stunningly beautiful. Love how your dogs never leave your side want to be in your content. I hope I can make it to your retreat when it’s up and running. Honestly, this vacation retreat away is exactly what my Dr ordered. My body is screaming brain fog, pain discomfort gut health need and supporting women all ages. Eating the most healthy food recipes. And of course working through my grief and losses.
