The Shaytards is such a supporting family, I love watching them set goals and then achieve them. What I really love is that the Shaytards are so loving and never give up when it gets tough! Around these days, it's been 4 years since I first watched your videos for the first time! :D The vlog where you found out that Rocktard was a boy was at the front page of KZbin. I clicked on it cause I love ultrasounds of babies ;) Can't believe how fast time flies by... Rocktard is 3 1/2 yrs old already and I feel like I know him A LOT better than my own cousin, who's almost 4 yrs old and lives 20 min away from me... Shay, since i´m watching you guys since 2009. You guys become a part of my life. I don´t want so sound weird but i´ve learned very much in life and i´m living now in a more positive way. Before i started to watch your videos i could not speak english and after 4 months watching the Shaytards and CTFxC every day i got better and i started my own channel. I also was not religious but now i´m getting interested and 2 Weeks ago or so i downloaded 2 Mormon apps/books to my iPad and i want to read and learn about it. Thank you really much for everything and i´m glad you still uploading daily vlogs. I hope i´ll be able one time to fly in the US for example when VidCon starts too meet and thank you for everything! My boyfriend did two tough mudders this summer!!! He did such a good job! its funny because as i was sitting in my lawnchair waiting for him to finish i actually almost passed out because it was so hot!! i don't know how he did it! But he only trained for two weeks for one of them and he did fine! I think you'll love it Shay.

My best friend's little brother just got back from his mission in Buenos Aires about a year ago! I wrote him letters the entire 2 years. He's basically my brother too - my best friend and I have known each other since we were 5!

Apart from the exercising topic, If any person wants to lose weight in a fast and healthy way, then do the following:- 1) DON'T EAT ANY MEAT (Beef, chicken, pork, mutton, fish, etc) The human digestive system is not designed for digesting meat because it is consistent in length with herbivorous animals i.e. more then 6 times our body length. Carnivorous animal's digestive system is 3 times their body length and is short enough to allow the meat to pass through quickly. Also, our stomachs do not produce enough hydrochloric acid, potassium and sodium chloride to adequately break down meat tissues. Meat requires more than 20,000 ppm HCL to do the job. Carnivores (lions, tigers, dogs, cats etc) produce an excess of this amount. We only make 5000ppm HCL. 2) DON'T CONSUME DAIRY (Milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt) These products are infested with hormones and chemicals. They also release unhealthy animal fat into the bloodstream which is then stored all over the body. 3) ONLY EAT ORGANIC, NON-GMO GRAINS, LEGUMES, FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. Non-organic products has been genetically tampered and full of chemicals which upsets our body's natural working order and causes the brain to produce bad hormones which causes weight gain and toxicity that leads to cancerous cells. We see proof of this in the sharp rise in cancer victims all over the world, especially in North America. Apart from the health issue, there's the moral issue to deal with. Do you all really think it's fair to abuse other animals like this? How would any of you like if you were packed tightly together by the millions in an animal farming facility, injected with all types of growth hormones, slaughtered and have your blood drained, skinned and have all your body parts cut off and sold in a market in the meat isle and then boiled, barbqued or fried then eaten?...Doesn't sound pretty when the tables are turned, right? What makes you, as humans, think you're "better" or more 'special" than other animals? Guess what..You're NOT..We're all animals together in the animal kingdom.
