3:43 recently in the comic the wisdom of Solomon was defined as not intelligence, but rather a developed sense of morality. A moral compass, as Billy described. I think that’s what he’s using right now without even realizing it. He sees these creatures as self-serving threats and they are using Sivanna’s desperation for vindication and to just matter as a means to manipulate him. His earlier mention of his rejection supports Billy's opinion, as this comes shortly after he learned the truth about his mother. That’s what also elevates him in that, unlike his adversary, he doesn’t give in to despair, but rather focuses on who and what he has in his life now. This is one of the few times that, as Shazam, he gets serious. I like how these two truly are mirror opposites of each other. Billy’s powers are under his control, while Thaddeus is under the influence of the Sins. Brilliant acting and writing in this moment.

So here's some more details within the dialogue of Seven Deadly Sins: Lust: "Don't listen to this child." Him saying that means he's trying to get Sivana from learning the truth to stay clear in the path of temptation/obsession for power, doing a good job at it too. Wrath: "Take the Staff!" Basically a threat hence the slight punch. And before that he was the first to be partially summoned to harm Billy's siblings if he refused to give up the powers. Sloth: "Hold it, and say the champions name." A little confusing for some, but I think it's because that it's such a simple task that it requires no effort.
