Most of the time, when the person is depressed, that person doesn’t go out but stays in the house or room and doesn’t realize things that surrounds him. He’s comfortable on his space. May God heals those going through that situation.

You are angels. Nice work. Some people can't/don't want to clean their environment. I have seen multiple personalities as a really clean person myself. We can't judge them easily. But if everyone has a schedule and aim in their life, they would surely find/make time to do their chores. It needs some internal or external trigger. But someone who eats and breaths regularly should know how to clean their surroundings too.

Nothing is regular about this person hence why they are mentally where they are, think about you and why YOU are a "Really Clean Person" - remember, Mental Illness has two ends of the Spectrum - the really really dirty and then the really really clean - obsessively CLEAN- which one are you again? Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder is a thing too, remember that when first you judge about someone that " can't/won't" clean, wow, lady take a look in the mirror first.

For people in depression, no matter how long and how much sleep they get, they still feel like they're lack of stamina. They're not lazy, they're losing "the will to move". Living is no longer appealing and time seems stopping for them. I had my days in depression. I locked myself in my room without eating for 4 days and did nothing but sleep and sleep and sleep. It was as if I secretly hoped I will keep on sleeping and never be awaken anymore. It's not easy to describe the mentality in language. Only those who were in that kind of situation and mental state would understand.

Remember when you judge this person for their lack of hygiene, look at yourself, Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder is a real Mental Illness, to obsessively clean over and over is the other end of this Mental Illness Spectrum, you are no better to judge someone who can't clean up because you both SHARE the SAME Spectrum on the opposite ends - be kind ALWAYS.

SiLa limpieza es parte de la vida diaria y como bañarse ,cepillarse los dientes etc.nuestro cuerpo necesita alimentarse y asi tambien asearse para tener una vida saludable .no es costumbre es una necesidad un deber .
