Very powerful message. Straight to the point. Growing up as a child I was almost in that type of situation. I was afraid my mother wouldn't believe me. But I spoke up and thank God she listened to me and did something about it. I was 10 years old but know I'm in my 50s. I can’t do Keto. It’s too restricting for me and my PCP advised against it. I do watch my carb intake. I stay away from starches, breads, etc. I thought the same thing about subbing out starches but there are ways to hook that cauliflower up.

When I do keto, I hate working out lol cause I'm a carbs girl but keto allows 20-35 g of carbs... Idk if that's enough -I didn't really count it...
