I've had roommates but I was always able to cover the rent without them. It was just an extra boost in income and when my hubby was sick, an extra couple of people around to help if he needed it if I wasn't home. Now I live alone and love it. All my bills are mine alone, and the food stays in the fridge until I want it.

If I was blessed to have a roommate to help pay my rent and bills, I would most definitely appreciate it as well as the opportunity to even make potential friends in the long run and I wouldn’t care what they looked like, I would be thankful to have a roommate that’s helpful in paying their portion of the bills with the potential to have a long lasting friendship with them.

I'm a little confused, Who is choosing the room mate? The tenant who needs one to pay the rent, or the landlord? The landlord owns the property. I think this only applies when the landlord gives permission for the tenant to do it, when the lease is being renewed. I was told housing discrimination for a rental property is illegal. At least if an apartment is currency vacant, a land lord can not discriminate against someone because of race/religion and some other things if they want to rent it. She says "We could lose the house" in that case it sounds like they are joint paying a mortgage, either that or renting a house. If it's a house they are renting, aren't you legally bound to pay the rent.

Word of advice… I love yalls channel but the reason vid chronicles and others have been shut down is because they had videos that were half-ass similar to one of Dhar Mann’s and he sued them. This is almost identical to one of his videos. And as much as I hate him… I hate creative theft more… very disappointing that yall would copy the work and effort of another channel like this. You literally pretty much barely changed anything more than the actors and a few words in the script. I would seriously consider removing this before him or one of his cronies sees it.
