Older Laptops used to be heavy. When you climb stairs anything feels heavier.
@lolong59762 ай бұрын
Today's laptops are heavy too since they are around 1.5kgs and more. Only the premium ones which are super expensive are less than 1 kg. Even 1.3 kgs are considered light weight. While high performance laptops like gaming or editing have usual weight of 2.3 kgs and more. I'm bringing this up cause people really don't understand how much heavy a laptop can feel on your back cause i used to travel with one through local trains😂

Climbing and jogging gives health benefits but on the long run it also can side effects like knee pain/hip pain if over done. So be cautious...too much of anything is not healthy. She is young and and for her physique, it might have worked out. Everyone has different physique and needs differently balanced lifestyle of workout and food. Find your own style. My aunties used to climb stairs so much every day to loose her weight and big hips..she ended up loosing her knees due to too much friction in her bones of knee joints. She got hip surgery done... this girl doesnt have menopause yet...older ladies, ladies in their menopause, ladies on cirtain medications or with arthritis loose the cusion of their joints amd their bone have more friction and they loose some of their bone tissue due to that friction. So find your own balance❤

I went to Porto (full of steep slopes) and Lisbon (full of steep stairs) in March. My knees were sore, because I haven't been used to climbing. Many fit, young people who do gym and leg workouts also say Porto and Lisbon are challenging on the climbs. I am living example of, how just adding walking, cycling, swimming or climbing stairs in your daily routine can help one get fit. And I try to do all of that (except swimming) without allocating separate time for it. But off-late (for last 3.5 months) for a charity target I have set for myself (₹60,000 for the year) I am dedicating time for walking, even skipping gym & group fitness session (which I enrolled recently). Basically, keeping movement in your daily routine & pushing heartbeat high for even a few mins a day consistently will make one fit easily. In my case, I don't have a planned diet, but I control my portion very easily.
@vsbaghel2 ай бұрын
Good but this is all cardio where is strength training
@EXPLORADVEN2 ай бұрын
@@vsbaghel I agree, that this is all cardio & no strength training. But it depends on what is your goal, aim and condition in life. I am not against strength training, but I have seen too much focus on strength training have much other adverse effects on body and life conditions. BTW if talking about specifics, even at age 44, now I can carry my body weight of 68-69 and run a half marathon any day without practice, with my shoulder injury and broken neck (that was long back) can carry a 60L rucksack and walk for 8-9 hours at good pace at high altitudes, cycle 50-60 km a day without any issue and swim 800-1000 metre in less than an hour. Young Teenagers who start building muscles doing strength training develop more mitochondria in their muscle cells and thus, even after leaving exercise for years when they pick up strength training as adult develop more explosive strengths than people who haven't exercised at earlier age. But, just strength training in gym without developing all round cardio and flexibility also affects brain function and makes one less flexible mentally. Overall it depends on what kind of mindset one has, how body responds to certain food and immunity. Both cardio and strength training has their specific benefits, but I do think for most people cardio alone (without the other) can help them become fitter and healthier, but I cannot say that for strength training if done alone. As society progressed we have moved away from muscle power dominating areas of enterprise to areas where brain, health & brawn takes care of things in that sequence. So, my comment was in general. Specifics can always be different for different people. Also similarly I think, and tell youngsters that life is not about a few sprint races, but about a series of marathons till our last breath on this planet.

Let me tell you guys my story. I am a 26 years old woman,suffering by PCOD for a very long time. My weight was 60 kg and i got treated badly by my friend for being fat,i had depression and used to eat oily street foods a lot. Last year in august one fine morning I decided to change my life, I stopped eating junk foods, started drinking water.. and as I didn't have enough money to join gym, I just started doing workout twice a day by watching free workout videos on youtube channelS. Now i weight nearly 50 kg, I look better and feel better...❤❤❤❤

It has now become new fashion to start extramarital affairs and if you are caught, the social media is always there for you.......... Put allegations of abuse, dowry etc and file fake cases on husband, get life long alimony, use children as money gaining chips in family court and enjoy for rest of your life where the man ex husband is your work slave for life

Its disgusting, how the anchor casually put in the phrase 'years of abuse' without giving any context. This is widespread across the social media platforms. Its almost fashionable now to put blame on husbands or inlaws and term them abusers. Especially in the current case where the healthy lifestyle is being promoted, I dont understand the intense need of the so called feminists to term some people abusers! Shame on you @FITTRwithSquats !
@meghanarora41362 ай бұрын
Well it's a woman who leaves her house and parents to live with the husband. So majorly husbands and in laws abuse the woman. If it was the other way around, there would be no such abuse on men by women's parents

Lol heavy laptop?? You make it sound like she was carrying a dead giraffe 😂. First of all i applaud her commitment to transform her life in a positive way. Kudos to her. However she could have done the same when she was married as well.

Lol did u even see the vid properly? the main reason why she started trying to improve her health is becuz after divorce her health worsened, if not i don't think she would have resorted to fitness

She lost more fat and gained muscles with her home workouts than the stairs. Stairs kept her heart healthy and strong.
