​its not perfect. Flawed characters with real problems. Cory didn't always had the ideal father or brother and cory wasnt the best brother himself. After the second or whatever time cory broke up wirh topanga, cory didnt want to cry and stay at home anymore. He stole whiskey from his father and went to a party. Cory pressured shawn and shawn got drunk too. They got arrested later when they a guy bought them beer from the store. Shawn then was drunk the whole week and turns out his father was an alcoholic and shawn got into a program. Boy meets world adressed real problems suxh as drugs, sex, crime, cheating, racism, , abuse and so on while being comedic. Girl meets world is more restricted and while boy meets world feels like cory or someone else learns their lesson naturally, girl meets world shoves it down your throat
