Agreed. Woman here that doesn't believe in child support that involves $ going to the mother but instead to the institution directly (school, daycare, lessons, etc) , the father's share of clothes, sporting equipment, etc can be purchased directly by the father when kids are with him AND outlaw all alimony right now. If a woman needs job training to reenter work perhaps the husband can assist with funding that, 1 time. If she needs funds to move, perhaps he can help there too. But she NEVER gets the money directly. It goes to the mortgage company or the carreer training school or college. This who paternity/ alimony situation in this modern time is ridiculous. Dump the way it's done across the board and let states draft new ways that are FAIR to men for a change. I live in Florida and hope the rest of the states do what we've done here, and beyond! Nah man, if you are in a marriage, you can't just spent your money like that. There HAS to be communication and decisions made on what you spent money on. He did not buy a game or something small, he got a car, a Porsche. I would have serious issues if one morning I would find out that my wife (assuming I would have one) got a new car like that. Its obviously also dependent on how the 2 decide to handle money in the household but any major spending SHOULD be communicated with your wife/husband before hand, even IF its from your "fun money". That is if you want to have a working marriage. I don't think anyone would like having a wife that does not communicate things like this. Communication is key in any marriage. I 100% guarantee that you would be saying how bad the women is if this happened in reverse.

@@xxan84 The real question is whether the family can or cannot afford the car and whose money was used to buy the car. If he's rich and the car only costed him pocket change then it's no big deal. @@faidzeelhisyamhattar2133 Em, I don't think he is Elon Musk. Even if you do not go into debt, its still quite the expense, its also the family money, not his. For instance, my uncle that is happily married(he is 63), brings the vast majority of money home and the wife cleans, cooks, does the laundry and eveything else at home, my uncle would NEVER go its MY money. That is what it means to be married, at least that is how all the marriages I know that work operate. Men (or women) that go "its my money and I do what I want" don't tent to make good partners or have marriages that work. What you do is communicate with your wife or husband and decide as a family if a big expense like that (again, even if you don't go into debt) should happen. If you do what you want, don't be surprised when she does what she wants just as well and your marriage goes to shit. Its always a give and take game.

If they get married and have kids, their looks will go down and they won't be attractive to other men, but her husband will still cherish and adore her. Her kids will still look up to her and respect her. My wife and I just started a square dance club. We used to go swing dancing, but I fell off my roof a couple years back and I can't stand the twisting and fast footwork anymore. Square dancing is much lower impact, but it is generally old retired couples that go. What I see there are older couples who adore each other and are still attracted to one another. It is still fun. Also, grandmas get all sorts of respect from their children and grand children, despite the grey hairs and sagging body. Millions of post wall single women don't get any respect because they didn't earn it. They wasted their attractive years in a decadent lifestyle and now have nothing to show for it. Like the story of the prodigal son, they are done now that they have reduced their lives to feeding on the leftovers of swine and want to come back. Problem is, there is not a loving father for them to come back to, and they still have squandered their inheritance. They may be forgiven, but they still have to deal with the consequences of their actions.”-jimjohnson394

I said: when your director asks why you did not follow the direction what are you going to say: And he said, "It is better to ask forgiveness, then to ask permission and not follow the direction." I am sure that supervisor did not think that up, it is probably much older.

@@gibblespascack1418 That's actually a 1400 year old quote from Pope Benedict. Rear Admiral Grace Hopper repeated it in 1982 and popularized it to this day. Gibbs brought it to tv in season 3 episode 5 "Switch" - 2005

yeah the court screwed me over for father's day. The mother gets our custody weekends set aside for the month of May so she Always gets mother's day but for father's day, i have to schedule my 'week' of having the kids to coincide with when father's day occurs. Yeah, not happening when she gets to choose her weeks.

When will they understand that they don't get to choose what men value in their partner. You can say all you want that purity, youth, or baggage is not important to you, so the Wall doesn't even exist. "I make my own money, independent woman don't need no man or kids." Reality will slap you sooooo hard.

That's funny that old lady freaking out about that man's porche. That's his money. It's a courtesy to discuss this but ultimately his decision. He's the head of household. I think that old lady got the idea that 'she' was the head of household and 'canceled herself' and 'fired herself' from the enterprise of marriage.AKA: She overplayed her hand, f'ed around and 'found out'.

I had a paternity case against me in 1984. Stupid Broad tried to convince me I was the father. Only 1 problem. I was in the hospital I was in traction for 8 weeks from a car accident. I could not have done the deed as I was chained to the bed with 30 lbs of weights attached to me for 8 weeks. The jury found me NOT GUILTY. I would not have paid a penny anyway. I was ready to move FAR FAR AWAY. The jury agreed with me. So I had no worries. Any woman who falsely accuses me of Paternity will regret it , fast.

6:52 Father's Day? 🤣 Do women actually acknowledge it? Tell men, "happy Father's Day?" Take a men out to dinner? Give men flowers? Buy men gifts? Many of my male family members, friends, colleges, acquaintances, and even total strangers have jokingly broached this topic over the years around Father's Day. At this point, I'm absolutely certain it's myth told around water-coolers, smoke-pits, and campfires. But my god is there hell to play if you don't tell her "happy Mother's Day. Take her out to dinner. Giver her flowers. And buy her a gift or two. It the doghouse for you until the next Blue Moon. If you stay together past this point. You can be sure there will be decades of being reminded annually about that year you forgot Mother's Day. With a spattering of reminders and digs about that time you forgot Mother's Day any time she gets mad at you without a legitimate reason.

I kind of get where she's coming from with making a major purchase like a car, much less a car as expensive as a Porsche, without consulting your partner.

I suppose I had a better marriage. I would consult with the wife on major purchases. Sometimes, she knew I just needed a new toy to mess around with. Man, I miss her so much. She passed away in October of 2023.

@ChrisLichowicz I'm so sorry to hear that man. Sounds like it was a beautiful relationship. I'm in the same thought as you though. I tell my wife about any big purchases before I make them, and she does the same. Not out of obligation, but just out of respect. Don't know if it's a divorce worthy offense, but it kinda feels like there's contributing factors in this story. My sister's in-laws had a similar situation, where her father in law was just flat out bad with money and would constantly spend ridiculous amounts on even simple stuff.
