My mother in law was the opposite. When I met my wife as a local boy in 1994, my mother in law embraced me. Soon after I met my wife, her family in New York told her they have found a guy in New York for her so she should leave me for the guy in New York since I haven’t completed the marriage process yet and also I was just a local guy in Kumasi so she should choose a burga . She refused and they put pressure on her. I was surprised when my mother in law told her to follow her heart and not submit to any pressure. Story short, I came to USA in 1995 and brought her to join me and today, life is good. We have properties here in USA and Ghana. I think my mother in law saw something in me that I didn’t know. May she rest in peace.

Ghanaian women de3 when they travel to abroad, they think they are in hevean ooo. But not their fault their families are involved. Especially those from poor background
@Myselfisreal8 ай бұрын
You are wrong. Not only when they travel abroad. Know this about women they sell their love to the highest bidder. What I mean is, when they are above you in anything they want settle for you. For instance When they older than you They have more money than you They are taller than you. Highly educated than you. But they can overlook everything else if you are rich but short, or not highly educated or older than you. Money and wealth bring out their love. That's what they are after. Not you. Although there are exception it is only a percentage out of all the women in the world. When they leave you forget about them quick and improve yourself. They will regret.

SHS leaver told me in Ghana that she don't see any future in me and left me for another man. Meanwhile, I was gathering my documents to travel abroad but kept it secret. 5 months later I went to Europe to pursue my masters and she want to come back to me. She thinks I can't distinguish between a fool and wise person. Women don't have genuine love. They always love you base on what you have not who you are. They are golddiggers who see marriage field as greener pastures. If your field is dry, they will never love you. They will not live with you if they are higher above you. Men be wise and hide from them your next important move and you will see their real character.

One reason why i always want to make sure i build a better foundation for myself before settpling down with a woman nu oooo. Only few are grateful and will show gratitude to their men. Sad how the mother couldn't intervene to bring them back when the daughter plans to move on without the man.
