He actually felt angrier hearing them laugh, coz bruh... The girl who fell was groaning in pain as the medic rushed to her. And they were laughing, as if nothing happened. If I were Tao I would be angry too. No one even bothered to check on the girl or worry about her. They were just happy it wasn't them and that they won. I'ma woman myself and I understand the rivalry between women very well... But that was just mean. They were all competing to be the next girl group. And instead of teambuilding, they are individually competing. No wonder Tao is livid.

I can see this being a serious trigger for him. When he was in EXO, he was the one primarily responsible for flips and other stunt work because of his martial arts background. As a result, he got injured more often and those injuries were often downplayed or ignored by the staff - so he was having to perform injured. That was one of the reasons he listed when he sued SM to get out of his contract.

I want to add to this for younger exo-ls who don’t know. Obviously we don’t know Taos exact reasoning for leaving exo, but we do know that he was forced to dance and do flips on an ankle injury against doctor advice. We know that it caused the injury to worsen and people worried if he could ever dance again. We know that Taos dad published a public letter demanding Tao to leave the group for his safety. We know his lawsuit was filed a little after the letter was published. Tao was one of the most upset members when redacted and luhan left, so this was definitely a sensitive point for him, as op mentioned

tao is a real gem. I watched the whole show and he keeps it real. he's a crybaby and doesn't even deny it. he gets roasted by his trainee and he just goes with the flow. he gives plenty of advice that's sometimes not even related to the contest but is useful in real life.

If I knew what was going on fully I would guess her team decided she was just gonna fall and continued the competition instead of helping her so… no, it’s not just a competition. And it looks like they have batons so it’s most likely a relay race so yes there are teams and they didn’t even bat any eye to one of their teammates falling and injuring herself.

That’s true leadership that he showed. As soon as someone was hurt it was no longer about the competition but instead about the wellbeing of a person after suffering an injury. He had every right to be pissed off. Whenever someone on my team in the mountains was injured whether it was myself or someone else, my entire team sprung into action from getting help from ski patrol, to making sure they are ok!

Nah, even if in first I would have immediately stopped to help her out. I've personally fallen and slid across that kind of floor. It melted clothing from the friction. Adult or no, that shit hurts like a razor skinning you alive. That is NOT just life and if you think it is you need a reality check.

I to have fallen on a smooth floor like that. I ended up breaking my elbow and caused permanent nerve damage to my knee because I fell so hard. I would have helped that poor girl out immediately as well. :)@@celestialbunny13
