I'm sorry to say that Ray will never learn. He's very quick to criticise Pat, but wont take responsibility for his mistakes. Why are his boots in the Mack? They should be on the form truck, like all the others. The form truck is always on site, the Mack not so much. He just wanted an easy day. Ryan, you have a heart of gold, but you need to start getting tougher with all the mistakes being made. Been a fan from the beginning. Because building always takes time to get permits. Usually the project manager handles all of it for you, but seems he has a terrible one and is forcing Ryan to do all the legwork on something he's never done before. Granted the City could be a bit more forthcoming too.

Most companies hire a firm that will do everying needed. Ryan is taking a much more involved approach in the process than most would or should. Also, we are only seeing this from Ryan's side, we don't see or have the city's side in this process. I suspect these setbacks are a bit exaggerated because they do make for a better video that we all watch and comment on.

I’m sure you have tried different tricks, but just thought I’d give another. When I couldn’t get up on wakeboard, what finally worked for me was: In sitting position, Keeping my arms locked so my elbows were glued to my knees. And not letting my elbows come off my knees until you transition vertical. And then it’s obviously on you to rotate to regular / goofy footing position. May or may not help. But you got this Ryan !
