Respecting women is a real sign of a man. I remember the day my colleague got her periods in office, she didn't have pads, She also requested TL if he could allow her to leave early, but that guy refused and I fought with my TL regarding this in front of entire team and explained the difficulty of the situation that the lady was going through. The entire office was witnessing the case. And Ultimately TL allowed that girl to leave early and he also requested the management to provide 2 period leaves to girls every month.

Absolutely correct ✌🏻. I'm a guy but I talk freely with my sisters and friend about periods. Men have to realise that how a girl suffers from pain in her periods. So just help them guys . It's not a crime to talk about periods or help them in public . We are the young generation and we have to break this algorithm of society. Hope everyone will realise it one day. Thanks to the video makers for providing such kind of major awareness ✌🏻👍🏻

It's great to see clips like these to make others realize how normal it is for a women or girl to have periods. I have seen in schools that girls r teased and their washrooms are vandalized by pouring red juice over the toilets teasing girls for their periods. Worse thing for a girl, when she needs clean restrooms!! Schools, work places should allow leave or provide pads so it's easy for a girl who suddenly starts her cycle. Let them use the restroom when needed in emergency. Pls..also lower the cost of pads and make them available for girls and women all over the world who cannot afford them and use cloths instead, which is unhygienic and can cause disease.

@@priyarajan5748 no body is denying that. But they don't get mocked because of something natural in their body that happens every month and they can not control it. They are not banned from temples or other religious sites, just because they are bleeding. The stigma with periods is something that men nowadays are wrapping their head around and understanding it. My husband buys me pads when i need them and he also knows about other menstrual hygiene products. it is showing disrespect on your end. Men are not bad. Nor irresponsible. If at all, sensitive and understanding just like women. In my 22 years I am yet to see a single dude who has been insensitive and mocking in attitude as shown in the video above. And just like women, humanity would not exist without men either 10 minutes and neighbouring country will invade and conquer, without lacs of soldier ready to die guarding the borders ok? Sensitization is fine, but this bullsh1t attitude of men being some alien species women being deers and men beig tigers and having zero sense of compassion as if being born male is being born rapist and monster all this pathetic rubbish is not acceptable. Ok? Everyone is human and no one deserves to be labeled a monster unless they actually have done something wrong got it? If they dont know or think it is funny, then run sensitization workshops, but stop this pathetic attitude that men are idiots or brutes and have nothing better to do than mocking women. Because that makes you no better than the pathetic men shown or potrayed in video who mock the entire other gender got it? Like look at the tone of yours make men hold other men accountable? 70% of police force that deals with bad men is men. So many times the protectors and interveners who come when a woman screams are men, so many firefighters and risky job doers are men. How many women stopped or beat up priyadarshini for misbehaving with an innocent cab driver? zero. So when the women dont do anything to hold the pathetic women accountable why do you expect men to? What kind of one sided I want only rights no responsibilities attitude is this? You cant say "treat me well even though I call your kind brutes and monsters". No. Impossible. Till you keep treating men like monsters, men will also say "women anyway think we are pathetic even when we help them, so then why should we even bother, I am not going to help or protect anyone in need ever again" you want this kind of unfriendliness everywhere? this will increase the divide instead of bridging the gap. And if everyone has to get a friendly cooperative environment, everyone must work together. One side cant treat other side as "ohh they are selfish and horrible", because 99% men are sensible and sensitive both, just like women, surprised? Yeah we are also human, and even without sensitization classes, half of us will take offense and say "Not cool bro" when someone makes such a joke even though we are not women. Why? Because we are not insensitive brutes like you think. So if someone comes and labels us as brutes for no reason, does all the pathetic generalization calling everyone is bad apple you know what we do? we say ohh okay we are all pathetic huh? fantastic then you deal with all future bullsh1t on your own, after all you call us bad apples why should we be helping you? So run all the sensitization but do not forget that 99% of your male audience and colleagues are your friends only, they are not some alien brutes who as if have no idea about kindness and are void of any understanding ok? Be sensitive, especially while sensitizing others. You cant be generalizig and labelling others as bad when sensitizing, because that will become insensitive on your part first. And no one likes to take insensitive people seriously. Because men also, just like women, (surprise, we are also human) appreciate being talked to with regard, not with a hateful mindset. Everyone is ready to cooperate there is no one here going to raise protest "we want right to make period jokes", no. most men are sensible as well as sensitive, just as most women are, just as most humans are.

I think periods in urban areas is normalised and it's beyond that!! Like seeing women as devatha because she is bleeding... It's fine with us and it's nothing difficult as the people now a days in videos say and show. I want this awareness to spread in villages... No matter how much content people make .. people see the content of their mentality.... More people from rural areas need true education i meant true education not knowing facts and getting a degree!!

Not normalized yet in urban areas too.... still we ask for pads in hush hush words, and carry with us or pass it to others in a hidden manner even whole working in top MNCs.

Thank you for making it realize to people that it's normal. I believe we the world need more time about 10 to 15 years to realize and Normalise this thing. It's when the generation who thinks it's normal will rule the world. Untill then , keep trying, educating and keep talking about it, so that someday it'll considered as normal...

@@priyarajan5748 mam. Nobody ever said "boys don't have pain". But till date, I have never seen any girl mocking the natural pain of a boy in the manner the two idiots are mocking in this video. Its obvious that every human goes through his/her own pain. The discussion here is not "who has the pain, boys or girls". The discussion is "to normalize something which has been bestowed by nature on girls. Hope its clear.
