My theory is that the other one is somehow keeping Turbo Granny alive and no one knows about it rn and later on they'll face this dilemma to either kill Turbo Granny or let go of one of his "that thing"

Why would that be keeping her around? She already existed before meeting these guys and as she said she never "died" during their fight. There's no reason to think her "life" is tied to it

@@ssickhead1 That's maybe because she got "exorcised", she should have gone to the after life but her link to the balls keeps her on the mortal realm, once the balls are restored to the boy her only way to stay is gone. Her acting all high and mighty, willing to help find the balls is a bluff to hide she messed up hard and that she does want to get hold of them again.
