I've experienced something similar and here's the summary of my contribution.. - Cancel the wedding and give her proper space. - The guy should focus on getting healed from the hurt and heartbreak before considering checking with God again on what to do because It's difficult to hear God with a broken heart. - The lady is not prepared for marriage yet. Self still seats at the core of her existence so she should go and submit herself to the Spirit's dealings. It won't be easy, but God will wipe away the mistake and it's impact overtime if she submits herself to the process. He wouldn't even mind still keeping the guy for her though it's not necessary. Concerning whether or not the guy heard God, It no longer counts at this point. Why? Because God's purposes are eternal but his plans change and the people he intends to work with also change. Even when God speaks about someone being the prepared vessel for you, ruining it through the flesh is a possibility hence, it doesn't mean you'll necessarily end up with the person. If the guy ignores obvious facts and carries on hastily simply based on what he may have heard from God initially, he will regret it in the marriage and when he prays about it, God will remind him that he tried to use the heartbreak to warn him but he followed his emotions instead, and not facts. Personally from my experience, realising that when it comes to the area of marriage and choosing a life partner, it's not based on God's voice or my faith alone, BUT ALSO ON LITERAL FACTS even if an angel came out of the wall to tell you she's your wife was one of the vital things I learnt during the process.

What I find hilarious is the fact that brothers claimed God spoke to him yet doubtful at any given challenge!! God didn't tell him she is a saint. This might be the exact reason God choose her for him to accommodate her foolishness. God spoke to Joseph in the dream about Mary and her pregnancy but he didn't go off seeking counseling up-and-down for mystery he didn't even understand. Brothers and sisters should know that when we apply the God spoke to me kinda thing, we shouldn't expect it to be all rosy with no thorns. My issue now is the woman is not even truly repentant. She's just sorry she was caught not because she did it. I'm sure if she had found out about this pregnancy prior, she would have found a way to hide it from everyone else and speed up the marriage process so everyone will think the child is Nedu's. When she came over to his house, she didn't even sound truly sorry. She sounded like she was looking for a cover (the marriage) so people won't find out she got pregnant out of wedlock. All those things she was mentioning, although true, sounded like emotional manipulation. As for what the guy should do, that's truly up to him and God. He's the one that saw the vision and he's the one that God told to marry Ruth. But it's important to note that God saw all these happening and still insisted she was his wife. Maybe this is a very painful growing experience for Nedu because if he decides to obey God and marry her, his heart will have to enlarge to accommodate a morally loose woman carrying a child that's not biologically his. I think the first thing is for the wedding to be postponed. The man doesn't need to be pressured to marry her if he isn't sure he wants to, because she has destroyed the trust he has in her and if they go on with the wedding in a haste or just because God has told him to do so previously, he might never be able to trust her in the marriage and that might eventually lead to the end of the marriage. Thank you to the Winlos for providing such an insightful video. I think at the very least, they should postpone the wedding. The lady is evidently not well spiritually. Even though she may look okay outside, physically, but spiritually speaking she is not healthy. Imagine for example, this wife-to-be was a deadly sick with cancer in a hospital undergoing treatment, would he insist on marrying her in that state ? ,or would you rather stay by her side, encourage her and support her recovery in order to marry her when she is fully healed. Something is very wrong, if they check well , you might discover that the lady isn't even hearing God anymore. She doesn't fear she will miss out on heaven ? Upon what basis then will you form this marriage ? Question, did she herself hear from God ? (Sarah needed to hear from God, for the miracle of Isaac's birth to proceed Gen 18:13-14; and How can two walk together unless they are agreed ? (Amos 3:3) It is better to postpone the marriage, go for counselling , individualized counselling too with supervision by spiritual authorities over their lives, in order to help the man and the lady to heal before marriage, and also to cut off from that old relationship and all it's mementos, cut off soul-ties and destroys or throw out any keepsake or memorial of those past relationships. Otherwise it will continue to be a recurring problem for them in their marriage. I pray God gives anyone in such a situation the strength and courage to do the right thing. If God didn’t tell him to marry her, and it was his own doing then it would be easier for him to forget everything and move. But because God told him to marry her, he has to go back to God in prayer. Surely nothing is a surprise for God, He knew that she’d cheat on her fiancée…yet that still doesn’t make the situation easier to process, betrayal is still betrayal no matter what, infidelity is still infidelity no matter what. But we can’t deny that she has issues, she didn’t have to go see the ex and she didn’t have to stay over so long that it got too dark for her to go back home. Clearly, she kept contact with him, and deliberately went to see him without notifying her soon to be spouse. Let the past the past, don’t give it power over your future, she sabotaged a godly marriage for a short term gratification. This man better run for his life. Before I chose my wife, I sought wise counsel from my spiritual advisors, not just my own understanding. Sometimes we get it wrong. Also, it's not the fact that she got pregnant, it's the fact that she failed to tell him she cheated. She never mentions how much she really loves him, only the verbal unconditional contract she has on him 😂. She's still in love with the bad boy but the good guy is a safe option. We don't know how long it has been happening but we do know the ex was hitting it raw 2 weeks before the wedding, no protection. No regard for the fiance when we have diseases out here. She was perfectly willing to go through with the wedding with no remorse until she got caught. This is the perfect example of nice guys finish last. Also, maybe God is saving her from a marriage she doesnt really want. Had it been that the counsellor did not conduct a pregnancy test the baby would have been transferred to her supposed husband... The problem is not that she cheated or even got pregnant. The problem is she visited her ex and had sex and didn't see it necessary to let her fiance know, at least to prove her sincerity. Its the pregnancy that exposed her, such a woman is dangerous and cannot be trusted. I feel even if God gave the go ahead he should put the wedding on hold until God deals with this lust and other things that may ruin the home before they can come together if there would be need for that. Many get married because they feel God led them without allowing God complete his dealings in the lives of both individuals involved then after getting married there's Marital crisis making it look like God led them wrongly. Its such a pity.
