My wife got the gastric sleeve operation as she had awful trouble loosing weight after our second child. The sleeve removes 80% of your stomach and shes lost 5 stone since. She looks amazing and her body is naturally maintaining now. Only down side is her portion size is gone. One day she could eat a cheeseburger and be full the next day she might only eat half and be full. Codee is right with the carbs they really fill and too much dairy won't sit either
