Unfortunately, gamma blood would actually be harmful to vampires. In the Avengers assemble cartoon, the Avengers fight Dracula, and he drinks Hulk's blood, but because of the gamma radiation, it serves as a similar burning agent as the sun or UV lights, so it burned Dracula from the Inside Out.

I don't think we've seen the last of the Wrecking Crew. They will come back, but with an upgrade given to them by someone. Sharon Carter would be the most likely to enhance them, but Mordo would be pretty cool. I do have an idea that Doom might be lurking in the background, and he will be giving them actual powers like he did with Titania. Could they be about to reveal Doom this early?

One of the Wrecking Crew uses a flail, not a mace. Flails have chains attached to the shaft, maces are attached directly to the shaft.

3:23 Maybe The fight scene was way after he became sorcerer supreme but he did mention about training (he says something like, “pulling punches like we’ve trained”), so Wong must have got Emil out so many times for training, sparring and practising to do a lot of stuff to become Sorcerer supreme before he became one. It could be that Emil also learnt becoming The Abomination and back to his human form on command taking help from Wong and Kamar-Taj.

The main reason I don’t think it will be the Leader is that he is so much a Hulk villain and I just don’t see how Ruffalo’s Hulk will have an opportunity to interact with him. The Cloak seems far more likely. However, Kingpin does give a more obvious opportunity for Daredevil to get involved.
