I am 73 and a former model like Linda. It's not easy to remain slim, but the health benefits make the efforts worth it. Lower blood pressure, lower "bad" cholesterol, less pressure on joints (particularly knees and hips!) are all benefits of being relatively slim. Also being fit - which is different - but also so good for your body, your independence. Stay active, and, "use it or lose it." Thanks for the video; it gave me some new tips.

I'm an edgy minimalist and 72 years of age. My hair is styled like a faux hawk with the hair on longer. My hair style says I'm funky, creative and fun. Not much else in needed. Your question about pink, yes I love pink. Favorite color for a sweater is red. Even as a child all the rest of the girls pink or blue. I have other colors fuchsia and navy. Did a hand scan a few years ago and it came up with my exact favorite colors. Love silk jackets very retro and great cuts. Scarfs also are so fun for accenting.

I don't get this design, it looks lovely but does not make sense. She's dressed in a sweater, top and scarf to keep warm and has sandals on. It's cold outside and she's dressed in sweaters but her feet a bare. She should put on socks and closed shoes to keep warm to complement the outfits. Otherwise, the outfits are adorable!

Good looks are fleeting and we must all realise this - it’s merely a question of luck and careful maintenance that they can last into one’s 80’s and beyond. It’s not everything, but certainly not anything that merits bitchy and unnecessary envious remarks from complete strangers. A youthful appearance is definitely desirable but there are more important things going on in this difficult world towards which these types should be venting their venom. Do THEY realise how THEY come across? Of course not - they can be found in every walk of life, these cowards, their jealous toxicity is easily discernible and just as easily avoided. Sadly, an attitude of indifference only serves to inflame their nastiness further. I have noticed that this particular individual has set out to discriminate and hurt others. If she is reading this, which I hope, please understand that the only loser is your sad, pointless and silly self. You are wasting your time if your twisted aim is to hurt and destroy. What else do you have for satisfaction….I could almost pity you. But not quite. Go away and TRY to do some good.
