From what I can see, our new Pink Dogg- I MEAN CATTO, is one of the Operators that would scale the hardest from Skadi. When you think about it, Drone Casters are like a slightly more complex version of dualstrike Guards. They are smacking you 2 times, but they compensate with comparatively lower ATK. Skadi helps with that a lot lot. But since drones also scale _off_ of Pink Kitty slightly higher, they benefit even more. Which benefits the skills even more because all her skills add at least 1 more drone. Plus, the extra boost from Skadi should benefit from the +10% from drone at full power, plus the skill modifier, plus the AoE boom modifier. Absolutely Halal even if not broken.
