@@OfficialCreeperTV that could be interesting. I kind of just never think about it because it's kind of just depressing to think of. My favorite operator is Plume (which everyone seem to forget all the time and so did you if I remember) who works as a personal bodyguard for the Doctor. There's a bunch of plot holes in her file and is seemingly scared of Laterano. But it makes me sad to think she'd just leave your side to go face her fears and work at a Laterano branch. Boom, number 1 best girl is canonically never in your life again.

I thought it would be a video about internal structure of Rhodes Island and personnel working there. Like, various departments, facilities and all known structural entities at the landship. Command branch, combat ready/field operators, Logistics, Medical, Engineering and Human Resources departments, a maintenance stuff and even humble janitors all the way down the list. An approximation of how many people out there, actually. Since combat ready ops can't be the largest chunk of all personnel. And there are also various sub-devisions, so to speak, which partially belong to aforementioned major departments. - Like, Rhodes actually holds classes for children (and not only children). Even Cherny you mentioned holds a music classes onboard in his Operator's Record. - There is RnD department, closely tied to Engineering and Medical. - Rhodes still has operational mining equipment and facilities, from landship's previous history. - Convalescence Garden under Perfumer also worth a separate mention, as it helps in several fields, starting from helping Operators to recuperate, to providing Medical with medical herbs and partially supplement Logistics with fresh food. And probably a lot of other cool stuff that I forgot or don't know about. This is a very fascinating theme from a worldbuilding perspective.

@@VCE4 I know a little bit about the military and I believe a large amount of persons are focused on combat support and logistics etc. So similarly Operators are very important, but really just the tip of a spear.

IIRC, 4:07 I think Lunacub now works permanently at the ship. Her Wolf teacher suggests and leads her to stay at the Rhodes island ship for good. And her operator files suggest that she builds her own outdoor lodging (Secret base?) at the ship. Finally, her max trust files is a conversation between the wolf teacher and doctor, implying for Rhodes Island (doctor) to be in charge (taking care?) of Lunacub. 5:15 Whisperain's operator side stories tells how she plan and is about to leave, but eventually becomes a full-time operator at Rhodes Island ship.

small issues with your scientific method: "as of latest iteration" - so if you count jessalter and missing beagle, almond is seen on the blacksteel landship together with liskarm and franka in come catastrophes or wakes of vultures. whisperain might be on the landship short term, but we have never seen her even mention leaving, so she should be treated just like characters on exchange programs from blacksteel, like vanilla. with muelseye its 50/50 whether she spends more time on the landship or in trimounts, where she's shown to be actively working (despite visiting kjeraag) during the lake silberneherze event. ive got other doubts but to substantiate them id have to google and read and sadly i am an EN player, so that's impossible. i sort of wish there was a way to acknowledge that one time kal'tsit went to prison in iberia for a while.

I think you forgot to include the Columbian Operators, specifically the Rhine Labs operators. I think it is confirmed that Ifrit and probably Ptilopsis are part of Rhodes Island for the time being, however, it is possibly confirmed that Silence, Saria and even Mumu have left Rhodes Island to be part of Rhine Labs.
