Agree. Previous episode the customer was told how good the watch looked on him and that he had to buy it. Sort of pushy sales tactic always puts me off.

Congrats on selling the Batgirl but I was surprised he bought it. That initial convo was painful. $17,500 is not an amazing deal. Saying “well, we paid the wholesale price” is smug and vague.

If you are in any watch dealer chats. Bat girls new wholesale is 16.6-17. So it is close to whole sale. They prolly paid 15.5 from retail buyer but still not much room margin wise. It was a fair deal for the client.

I'm with that caller on this one that said its pretty sketchy if you don't have box and papers on a RM. Who in their right mind would buy a watch costing 300k and has no box and papers because alledgedly the seller threw them away. Really?? That's sketchy AF!!!

I can’t get behind this chicks style of sales. She’s speaks about these pieces as if they aren’t incredibly expensive items and comparing them to shoes. She just makes a purchases of watches seem like a drop in the bucket and that’s not very becoming at all.

While we agree with you about the watches not being a drop In the bucket for most. We have learned that for most of our clientele it is. So she does an excellent job putting herself in the clients mindset to sell the watch. Not coming from money this is something we had to learn as we got into the Highend watch industry.

In the future, you can let someone know what the current wholesale price is for a No Time to Die watch, so you are truly informing your customer of the potential loss he will be taking.
