What a talented lady she is.....I wish I was back in my Twenties so I could do it all again. Though l would study electronics and plumbing as well. l really do enjoy these types of renovations. In my day, women could barely paint, ( dad taught my how to paint houses when l was 16) let alone do plastering, plumbing, electronics, sewing and such. Now in my late 60s, all l can do is watch end enjoy.

I think she does this for other ppl and likely gets paid for her work!!! This lady is far too talented and too good to be living with a squat toilet! I guarantee it's either more than one person doing all the work, and great editing... or she is paid by other landlords to come and fix up these old places and also gets to post the videos on top of it!! But there's no way in hell she was able to pull this off for under $300 even in tape!!! Much less fabric, paint, products, etc...😂

She must have already owned tools and equipment. Therefore, there is no cost to her on this project. Dumpster diving , curbside picking, and thrift shops all often have great fines. Working with locals and merchants can get one so valuable deals. Has for her talents , it's a God-given gift from Him that she chose to use.
