Shauna had spent her life as a health-conscious person who actively worked to avoid disease. When she was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer that had metastasized to her liver and bones, she was shocked. Suddenly, she was faced with a possible future of chemotherapy, radiation, and surgeries. It was a lot to consider for someone who’d never had more than an X-ray.
Though she’d meditated and followed Dr Joe’s work for many years, Shauna had let her practice lapse. Then, after watching a powerful Story of Transformation, she realized what was possible for someone else also was possible for her. She began to meditate with renewed purpose. Over the next two months, Shauna realized she’d been living with a fear of cancer her entire life. She had put her attention - and her energy - on the very thing she’d feared most. I was equally perplexed as to why and how Shauna, who is so health-conscious, could develop cancer. At the 3:39 point, Shauna provided a clue. She stated she "was so scared her whole life of cancer". Remember that you are attracted to what you fear. This goes along with; you cannot have what you want. Your statement of want, affirms your present state of without. We strive to learn how to be consciously aware of our thoughts. This is not an easy task because of the way we were brought up to think. Jesus said, "Do not be afraid". Especially if you marry it with an elevated emotion. ie: negative thought about getting cancer. marry it with the elevated emotion of fear. Are you were ago I got diagnosed with cervical cancer, and I didn't want to go the medical model route with the chemo and radiation, even though my oncologist recommended it… For many reasons… And so for a year I tried all sorts of different alternative treatments, and then got another pet scan, and it was slightly worse, but not alarming Lee… And that's where I am now, and I realize that I also want to be a part of this healing community. I want us as a society to know that our body knows how to heal itself… So thank you for sharing this. I am not recommending that. I have always lived a very healthy and active life so I was shocked to find out, in my friend circle, not one of my couch sitting, junk food eating friends got cancer but me. In my mind getting cancer was impossible becuase of my lifestyle but here I am dealing with stage IIB grade III breast cancer. We are fearfully and wonderfully made; yes, the body is fully capable to heal and restore completely in minutes, hours, days and it all comes down to what the person thinks, believes, speaks and does. That is how we are created - to create. We create intentionally or unintentionally… chemo or radiation have nothing to do with her healing. All she did was face her fear and change it into love, gratitude, she tamed fear and put it away, because fear does not belong to the children of God. Doing botec (blessing of the energy centres) are most used for healing health conditions but I don’t think it matters exactly what ones you do it’s more about changing your frequency and vibration to align to healing. I think reading dr joes books are pretty important too so you have the full understanding of what your actually doing but again not essential. Good luck ❤️

It’s the fear. When you see the acne it enforces the upset and fear. Start to visualize yourself with clear skin. As you meditate have gratitude towards your clear skin. Feel love and acceptance for yourself. You can heal in days or months. When you say years and years you are creating that reality. We dissolve them in self-love and are grateful for our new trajectory. I am currently sitting in the chemo chair as I am writing this (same diagnosis as Monique, incurable by conventional medicine), around me a lot of sick patients, despair, beeping, hectic nurses... and I am grateful for my tumours.
