Where I’m from…we have remedies for guys like Alex, but then again believe it or not abusive guys like Alex seem to have a sick talent for choosing the type of people they can unleash their cruel intentions on. This story reminds me of a nigerian movie which Destiny Etiko and Eric were the main characters. After their marriage, he locked her up in a room where he raped and beat her mercilessly every day until her blood is everywhere. He will then collect her blood in a bowl and offer it to his ritual master in exchange for more wealth. Pure evil. I've forgotten the name of the movie. He was really ruthless in that role.
