yes. the normal one is with the scarbourg fair moves (don't know how to write that word sry)

@@ninjask8988 to answer both of your questions, this was the first time someone created a moveset mod. this was meant to be for either SF and LiB. but you can actually switch and change the file's name to suit your playstyle. i'll be updating the video's description later, but this is available on gamebanana!
