As a native Brooklynite, I can attest to what shorty was talking about. Dark skinned people used to get joked relentlessly as kids. It was mean and stupid. My first love was a beautiful dark skinned Guyanese girl. She used to endure this too from her cousins and her friends. I never liked it. My female cousins had their boyfriends do this and when me and my folks tried to get them kicked out, the police said that the owner of the house needs to do some legal paperwork to be served to them. If they don't accept the paperwork, then the police can escort them out. It's really wild.

Not only could the landlord based on the situation do paperwork to evict the woman and kids in this case, but it is possible that the guy who was renting also be evicted if he’s at end of his lease or going at it month to month. I have a six bedroom house and this woman wanted to be my roommate. I told her it would be 1500 a month and she would have to sign a lease. On top of that, she would not be allowed to have anyone spend the night, ever. At first she agreed and i felt kinda uneasy about it. As the move in date got closer, she started to mention that her boyfriend might come over from time to time and could i lower the rent. Then she started playing like her and her boyfriend weren't doing well and maybe we could be together. I called it all off and told her that she wasn't allowed to move in. I could see she was setting everything up and if i allowed her to move in, it would be a fight keeping her boyfriend and everyone else out. Next thing you know the boyfriend was at the house and when he threatened me, i put him on the ground. When she called the cops, i had it all on video. Funny story myself (and this proves women r full of it) I had a crush in high school while coincidentally someone I didn't know till later had a secret crush on me. Anyways the chick I had a crush on was playing hard to get and eventually dated my boi who I was cool with from the same high school, a year later after I graduate I stopped by and she said she would never date me (that was early 03 before I left to join the navy).
