The MV is actually a metaphor. The bus represents her travelling back looking at her past. The people represents the voices in her heads, her past that mocks her whenever she tries to move forward. However in the end those past memories are actually part of her and what makes her today. Going through obstacles and catching her dreams, those pasts are there to make her stronger. So eventually she embraces them, it is shown by how she took them home with her. The message from this song & MV is very deep, it really touches my heart.
