As you seem a little lost, both Lily and the thugs who tried to Rob her are from the Soma Familia, as the receptionist knows that people from that Familia tend to be desperate and Bells supporter was from that Familia she looked into it. As both her and the thugs were from the same Familia they were able to realize Lily was collecting funds to run away and decided to target her. (Also Ais and Loki were updating her status the same thing hestia does to bell when he takes his shirt of and hestia does stuff to his back, she became a level 6 adventure one of very few in the world the current strongest adventure is level 7)

Bell´s knife is alive and will become stronger according to the wielder's status, so long as the wielder is a member of the Hestia Familia, so even when knife gets stolen, the culprit will never get a full potential from it.

As far as the Lily hate goes I think it is a little unjustified. Think about it Bell never tries to get to know any of the monsters before trying to kill them and sell them because that is the way he knows that has let him survive throught strugle, along with the luxury of following his dream, also because much like Lillys relationship with adventures the monsters were never kind to Bell and often threatened his life.

funny thing about the world of danmachi is that reincarnation is a thing here and what happens is when a person dies there soul goes to the heavens where gods of death cleans there soul and send it back to be reborn. Bell and lili where both heros from before the era of heros which is still currently going Argonaught was the one that started the era of heros with his "clown show" that enraged to people into rising up against the monsters that where outside the dungeon. It was if this clown can do this then what are we doing kinda getting mad. Argo is bells past life as for lili she was the hero of the prums. Mind you this info isnt part of the main series and comes from a game that has been discontinued but the storys where written by the author. but the fact that in this time you can see all the characters from the time of Argonaught and Fianna reincarnated as the current characters is interesting. More so since its suppose to be the time of the last hero.

Lili's race is similar to gnomes or half-lings in other media. They tend to look young and have small figures forever. This also means they tend to be weaker than the other races with a few exceptions.

Ais shows several signs of autism. To boil it down, she's been obsessed with strength and the Dungeon her whole life and she's not good at understanding people. At the moment, she just knows that A. Bell was attacked by the minotaur that they let get away and B. One of her own insulted him over it. What she feels right now is responsibility, which is a new experience for her.

Just to let you know, Bell is 14 and Lilli is 15, but Bell doesn’t know that and assumes she’s younger, so he treats her like a little sister Lilli is a Prum race, and all them are only at a max height of 1,50 meters
