The description really didn’t do this drama justice. It sounded like a romance but wasn’t. This is more a story of a girl dealing with the hand she was dealt, no matter the hand. She took what she learned and went with it, even going so far as to try and change the unfortunate fate of the undeserving. She wasn’t out for revenge, she just wanted to live and to protect the ones she wanted to protect. FL gave a gentle but strong performance, staying in her lane but always ahead. ML was surprisingly gentle, firm but fair and learned to appreciate what he has. The secondary support character gave way to good plot turns and predictable but truthful storylines. This was a great watch! 10/10 would recommend!

"Behind a husband's success there is a great wife" this drama successfully proove it. Fresh story combine between "back in time" and "time travel" story, great acting of all the actors and actresses, this drama is really recommend to watch. I like the chill and calm of FL that doesn't depend on anyone to get her own happiness. Its also teach us that greed and arrogance will bring disaster like shown by the time traveller who thinks what she did is for the better world but always think of her own benefits. Anyway, great job for making such a wonderful drama!! 🎉👍💐❤️

I like that the FL was able to have a good life the first time around and when she went back in time and her husband was switched, she made the best out of the situation. Proof that it was the good hearted person rather than just the luck of marriage.

the elder sister is probably one of the best, if not the best main female character in cdrama. she’s very intelligent and reserved, yet strong enough to defy her own fate. she controls her destiny.

This was a sweet little drama that i managed to watch all the way through with only minimal fast forwarding over the antagonist monologues of annoyingness. this is very unusual for me as i normally fast forward at least good half of any drama i watch, often more! there is no sexual tensioned romance for those who like that stuff, just a sweet friendship where anything even remotely spicey was kept behind firmly closed doors. my little AroAce heart thoroughly enjoyed the lack of ick! We finally got a FL who won over those around her by being a smart, generous person. she knew when to speak up and when to hold back. when to be kind and when to be cruel. she relied on herself and was willing to work hard for what she wanted, refusing to let others walk over her. Conversely the step sister learned nothing from her last time round, leading to the inevitable bad ending for her. I was impressed that the FL openly mentioned that it wasnt all the sisters fault as the way she had been raised had alot to do with her attitudes. Generational trauma is alive and well people! the key is to be self aware enough to see it in your own life and then be willing to do the hard work to change yourself for the better. too many humans are like the step sister, and even when they start questioning what they were taught, they are unwilling to take it the next step of changing themselves. which is why they end up in the same situations over and over again. the future traveler was a different take. this one showed what happens when a newcomer is too arrogant. the girl assumed she was better than those around her simply because she had futuristic knowledge. instead of being willing to intergrate into the culture around her first, she simply bullheaded her way through life expecting everyone to fall in behind her. instead she found out the hard way that if you don't watch where you step you will not notice the snake until its too late. I am a westerner so i am fully aware that my take on this drama will be different than a chinese viewer. in saying that, this is a good reminder that not all women want to or are able to be strong, independant, male free, successful females. Many are happy to be wives and mothers and support their husbands and extended families. And all the luck and happiness to them! this little drama shows that even these women can thrive and be happy if they are willing to do the hard work, and recognise their own worth. this is alot. and all to say i liked this little drama!

This is such a great, innovative plot! I love that she's so kind and brings good things to other people by giving freely. It's such a refreshing change from other dramas. The time traveler being a side character is an interesting twist!

This is the best short drama i have watched. There is no overacting , especially the ml and fl ,they act naturally. Fl is my favourite here ,she really has a kind face. Also the drama don't jump from here and there.

I like how fl is not Mary Sue but has kindness in her heart.👏👏👏 She doesn't expect anything from anyone (depend on her father or husband) due to her growing condition but also she doesn't hate them to the core.😭😭😭 She is more like whatever the life throws in her way, she find a way to keep her inner peace and happiness. She knows how the world works and goes with the flow and works hard to keep her happiness ❤❤❤❤❤A strong woman with kind heart.❤

This is actually one of the best, if not, the best of all short dramas I've seen so far. Great characters, great story, great ending. This is the true strong, independent woman I've been looking for in a drama. She doesn't pretend to be strong, but she cares deeply. She's living in the present, making the best out of her situation. Kudos to the writers for giving her the ending she deserves.

这部剧好正常，很不错。说说男主谢绍安，估计很多人都会因为他对夏雁冰的维护觉得他人设不好维护绿茶，但是这么说太片面了，要看全局，我倒是觉得正因为他的某些举动才立得住人设。夏是穿越者且有很多鬼点子去赚钱，根据暗示的朝堂背景谢很缺钱且朝堂对军饷及战士抚恤杯水车薪所以谢很缺钱，因此谢对夏的维护和关心更多的还是基于救命恩人和赚钱的基础，并没有男女之意。至于江刚嫁进来的时候男主质问，一个是刚嫁进来的不熟的夫人，一个是救命恩人兼居住将军府多年的妹妹，难道人下意识不会相信自己亲近的人吗？那天刚好夏中毒而江刚嫁进来，谢也不了解江，难道不能去试探吗？他又没有上帝视角，为什么非要苛责谢啊？？谢一直把夏当成妹妹，他一直都是以哥哥自居。他丢下江去找夏，是因为担心夏出事，而且他不知道夏是装的，尤其夏的想法可以帮他解决银两的事，可以解决他的燃眉之急，虽然谢的做法确实不妥，但人无完人，没必要揪着不放，人家又没睡一起……尤其谢对江的感情确定之后，一直都是向着江的，没有摇摆不定，这一点不知道比多少无脑虐女最后又和好的男性人设好多少好吗…… 再说女二江婉如，骄纵跋扈，无脑自私，自己无能被束缚，出言不逊，不计后果，不论如何都会没有好下场，所以关于她不多说。然后就是男二刘文兆，没有自制力，不懂放低身段礼贤下士虚心求教，没有考上正常，而且娶了江婉如这么个妻子，他自己不努力，没有求到柳老先生来就怨怼柳老先生，没有考上才好呢，不然让这样的人当官，百姓就苦了。最后是女三夏雁冰，一个自诩来自未来就高傲自满的穿越者，未来的世界并不想她穿越来的朝代一样和平开放，她以现代的眼光看古代，既不懂入乡随俗随遇而安，也不懂收敛性情谨慎试探，造成悲剧在所难免。另外说说谢的母亲，谢老夫人。谢老夫人一开始对江芷莹的喜欢是因为她理解和维护将军府；在夏使心计时没有插手，是处在观望期，夏是谢的义妹、是养在将军府的名头、而且夏那时候没有揭开自己的心思，如果江芷莹容不下一个义妹，那么对于那时候的世界观来说就是没有容人之量，这样的人怎么能撑起将军府？怎么能掌家？怎么能做儿子的贤内助让他放心征战呢？所以在知道江芷莹没有大闹反而是关心谢和夏的时候，她很高兴，因为她没有看错也没有选错人，所以她才会亲自教江芷莹掌家。既然确定江芷莹可以掌家并打算移交掌家权，所以她会放心也放手去让江芷莹接管。她后面听说江芷莹被夏和谢气哭才过问，并不是因为她偏心夏，她之前就说夏只是一个博名声的好名头，而是因为之前她觉得哥哥去关心妹妹没什么大事，但夏做的太过，三番几次故意为之，都要越过主母了，而且她很赞赏喜欢江芷莹，她认为一个合格的主母远比一个名头重要，后面的相处让她对江芷莹更加满意。之后谢出征，她没有多说什么，反而说‘终究是谢欠了芷莹’，将心比心，没有降智无脑。这样的一个母亲，养出一个忠君爱国征战沙场并且懂得尊重疼爱妻子的儿子，才是正常的剧情。最后说说女主江芷莹，温婉善良，大方宽厚，理智有格局，重情义。先说温婉善良大方宽厚，她在家里受苦，成婚并且成为将军夫人后，也没因为江婉如杀了她而引诱她们犯错进而进行报复，反而是人不犯我我不犯人，她的回击都是江婉如挑衅在先，她没有因为前世而干扰江婉如的这一世人生，而是顺其自然，让江婉如自己多行不义必自毙。再说理智有格局，前世的记忆和新婚夜，她不拘泥于夫君的情爱，而是想要将钱权握于手中，谢质疑的时候也理智冷静地反驳，没有自乱阵脚让人起疑（虽然不是她做的）。还有重情义，她因为谢对弟弟的前世恩情，所以想要改变谢的结局报恩，在这个过程中跟谢渐生情愫，在知道谢需要银两安抚将士的时候，她也会不计钱财变卖嫁妆去支持谢抚恤将士，有这样的将军夫人主内，谢最后会大胜而归也是理所应当。另外就是她跟柳传逸的师徒父女情，柳不因她是女子而看不起，反而说女子应该读书丰富自己以期通情达理，是一个很好的人啊，重生之后，江芷莹弥补前世欠下的恩情，偷偷补送了鞋垫，没有借前世的记忆再认柳传逸为师为父，而是暗暗报恩，后来才因为柳传逸求师徒缘才重新拜师。说到最后她对夏跟妹妹的感情，没有怨恨，只有对生死的惋惜：夏的思想对于那个时代是很惊人的，但她却从夏的话反思自己和改变自己，是很难得的；另外对妹妹，在得知妹妹死讯之后，会想到的是儿时的相处，没有因为她的所作所为而时刻恨着，因为知道恨不该是生活的全部，重来一世，她明白自己最应该珍惜的是当下是未来，而不是过去，所以她知道夏和妹妹死后，还是为她们立衣冠冢、出钱买棺材下葬。江芷莹的坚韧、反思自己、善良正直等等美好品质，不论在哪里都会讨喜的。还有一个小细节，夏被杀了，江芷莹和丫鬟环儿看到了，她们回到府中还是害怕的样子，环儿都怕到手抖拿不稳。这个细节不错，不管江芷莹是重生还是怎样，她前世今生都是世家女，环儿也是她的丫鬟，没有直面打打杀杀，这一次，夏这么直直死在她们面前，给她们带来了不少的冲击。不管夏做了什么，都跟她们相处过，虽然不是什么好回忆，但也是那样一个鲜活的人，结果就这么在她们眼前没了，这样的冲击不会短时间消去，所以她们依旧后怕的情绪是连贯的，非常不错的剧情设计。不过有一个不太喜欢的地方是用错了那句古言。“男子有德便是才，女子无才便是德”，意思是男子品行端正便是有才，女子就算没有才学也要德行皆优，这句话本就是为了表明要做个品行端正、有美德的人，这句话突出的是德而不是才。可惜，在大多数短剧甚至影视剧中，“女子无才便是德”这句是寓意女子没有才学才是有德行的，可这个引用本就是流于表面的，根本就不是这句话真正的寓意。不过跟其他比起来，这个微小的瑕疵显得没这么重要，但我还是觉得该提一提。总之，这部戏真的是细水长流，谢绍安跟江芷莹的渐生情愫，还有柳传逸跟江芷莹的师徒恩情，以及谢老夫人的头脑清醒，都很不错。

Great analysis. I've felt the same except one detail you mentioned extremely well is how they incorporated the realistic part of the Fl and her servant witnessing the execution scene. This drama has really intricate plot and refreshing characters. The plot flows naturally and each relationship and background story were nicely written. It'll be the first one I've saved to rewatch. The only thing I'd love to see is a second season where the FL improved on her newly attained enlightenment and start to manage the business or go into academic field as the first ever lady.

When zhiyi visited her father in all but blood, my heart hurts when the scene played the same happiness word by word when zhiyi explained the meaning of the poem. If i was zhiyi, the guilt of leading the bad end of your father figure because your husband is a parasite will forever haunt despite that it was nit my fault. The big relief she must've felt when her father figure won't suffer from humiliation and low health from forcing him to work. She must've been sad that the bond that they have is nonexistent now but i think she rather traded their bond just for him to live and be happy instead of being miserable with her.

I loved how they made him - who is nothing. not enough to be even the second male lead, not the antagonist, just a plot device for the evil sister to use - such a complex character. they could have made him just evil, or just cute and useless. but I think we all felt sorry for him because of who his wife was and how her parents treated him. and then we were all disgusted when we found out how he treated his wife and teacher in the last life. And we see him beat his wife and berate her for his own shortcomings... but also being genuinely happy to become a father and wanting to work hard and elevate his position and give his wife a better life... he is so alive. and that's someone who is just a but more than a background character.

That's correct. But I would put it more as how your determination and good nature can change your and your partner's destiny. I saw a modern version of this story. It'd be interesting to see this story with the male leads taking rebirth.

Sometimes in life its not the situation that determines the outcome its attitude, hardwork and determination... If only the other sister came down to her high horse and asked help or if only she asked what it took to get the same result... But she only sees the end result not the journey to that ending.... Our FL is so empathetic and calming that she even made me shead a tear for those 2 beyatches so sweet and wholesome. Love how they combined 3 different types of reincarnation/regression with 3 different approches to a second chance at life. Wish we had more quiet, calm FL's that are also smart and / or badass. They need to stop with merrysus's who are OP for no reason and their always bragging, aragont, or entitled. "I dont need or care bout nobody and no man except myself." Type energy needs to be eliminated from the face of the earth ✨️11/10✨️

超高質短劇！真的想不到短劇也可以這麼有深度👍 這部劇的立意很好，性格決定命運。就算女主和妹妹交換了人生，她們的性格才是塑造她們將來的關鍵因素。就像那個穿越的女三，雖然口中說着人人平等，但卻因為覺得自己擁有現代社會的知識和眼界而不可一世，注定了她最後的結局。感覺作者這裏有點想嘲諷其他的爽文穿越劇😅 另外，柳先生那段真的很感人😢。重生不一定主要為了復仇，也可以為報恩的。唯一美中不足的是，女主和男主可以更甜蜜一些😆

Based on what I've found out it doesn't have a proper English name as its categorised as a vertical drama. All episodes are only a couple minutes long (hence the frequency of the still frame pauses) so this entire video is the whole drama.

This is so good it's on my re-watch playlist. One of the things I loved about FL was her absolute loyalty and genuine desire (and follow through) of repaying kindness from their first life, but not enmity. All of the bad things that happened were not from her, or a desire for them to happen to stamp out the wrongs of her first life. (Though I do love a good revenge story!!) She is unwavering and loyal to the family she marries to, in both lives. She doesn't cling blindly to any happy thoughts she may have had woth husband from first life, but neither is she antagonistic towards him. My favorite 'oops' moment is when she calls out 1st husband (now brother in law) name in rage in her sleep, and current husband being understably jealous. She tells him a slight lie, but is honest that she had a dream in which he wronged someone she cared deeply for. She changed the subject of love from her beloved teacher, to her new husband and hia family, but it was otherwise completely true. I thought that was handled well.

I like that even the evil sister was given perspective, she was never allowed to grow intellectually or to love her older sister because of the rules of society and so she couldn't turn her life around even knowing the future. Despite all her efforts she still ended up locked up in a dark room. I grieved for her along with FL.

I keep coming back to re-watch, it's so good! I'm always touched by how genuinely respectful FL's MIL and Husband are to her. I know it is initially just mutual respect, but FL brings all the grace and bearing of everything she endured in the first life to this reborn life. She walks into her new family with the grace of an established old madam, and the proper respect and kindness of a new bride. Super fantastic acting!

One of the best short drama ever, no exaggeration. I don't want to give any spoiler, but the plot is based on reborn + marriage (future life) swap of 2 sisters. This drama has deep messages to convey, I highly recommend watching it by yourself.

This is the third drama with the same concept. The sisters reborn and the sister changing marriage because they didn't like the outcome and was jealous of the other. Seeing the drama develop and seeing the things the FL did behind the scene to get that successful out come. While three with the same concept the script writing have been great and each unique. I highly recommend the other two I saw as well! One was set in modern time with Chai Hui Xin & Zhang Yuntao. Another set in ancient times like this with Wang Jiamao & Mi Qi.

This is a great “Rebirth and Transmigration” costume production with pretty good actors and a new and refreshing storyline. It is well constructed and paced right. I loved this strong/clever/considerate FL and nice/protecting ML. I even felt a bit sorry for the ignorant/temperamental 2FL. It’s a testament to the saying that life is what you make it. This one is definitely well worth watching. SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! 20 years earlier, FL and her step-sister (2FL) married two very different men. 2FL chose to marry a powerful General and FL married a poor scholar. Sadly the General died on the battlefield, eventually driving 2FL crazy. On the other hand the scholar rose to be the Prime Minister. While FL received a decree making her a first rank Lady, her crazy step-sister stabbed and killed her with a hairpin. Then she herself was killed by an arrow. Luckily, FL is somehow reborn at a time just before her and her step-sister chose their husbands. To FL’s surprise, her step-sister chooses the poor scholar this time. FL accepts the change as she hears her step-sister say that this poor scholar will rise to fame and that she will then be a first rank Lady. So, it turns out that not only FL is reborn, but also 2FL. Thinking she has gotten the better end of the stick this time, 2FL expects to lead the life her sister did. But she is in for a surprise as she soon comes to realize that their lives aren't following the same course as they did the first time around. Well, not spoiling too much, this has a happy ending.

I saw the modern version with Chai Chai first and loved the story. I liked this one more simply for the fact that the FL was running blind. The only thing she knew for a fact was the general died and the scholar was to be prime minister. No modern tech to give her precognition. She made her life purely by her actions

I think the FL first marriage while successful by most standards was an unhappy one. In their 1st life the 2ml placed 1st but he disrespected the man who had helped him pass and led to him being harassed to death. The FL loved him like a father. She was more than happy to get out of that marriage
