Just ran through it. Some high "A"s here an there, Not bad. A little of a chops exercise, but fairly simple piece as far as dynamics (kind of at a high school level). Kind of agree not sure many trumpet players would want to play this outside of just using it as a range refresher exercise. And not sure why the trumpet part was written this high anyway (sounds totally out of place)....especially since the trumpet section isn't playing at a level to support it. To me, it actually sounds much better down an octave. Tried it both ways. I'll add this one to my collection of range exercises. Fun.

The Phillipines is many talented trumpet player would want to play that piece... Specially my province.. Many trumpet players can play that higher range...

Totally agree. There are many many trumpet players who could play this without much of an issue...but would they WANT to.
