WOW. just WOW. Arresting voice... dynamics, phrasing, arrangement....hits the same as Chris Stapleton did the 1st time I heard him. Great songs... and songwriters... transcend generations. Are relatable to all. This is art first. Not product. Art. We know this because we feel _connected_ to it, not because it is or could be popular, but simply because it's pure.

You are such a kindred spirit man… it makes me feel not so alone in my deep love of music when I see someone get so excited and emotional when they get surprised by discovering a new artist who is so gifted, and you can hear it in the writing, in the arrangement, instrumentation, playing, in everything… and you know this is a career artist and you are an instant fan. That’s how I feel… it’s a feeling of connection that’s spiritual that’s hard to explain to people who don’t care about music in a really passionate way. Love that you’re sharing this with people and am an instant fan of yours. ❤

I still listen to radio from time to time. I still have “Eight tracks and cassettes in stereo” to quote an old song. I find it strange that we went from mostly AM radio in the 1960s to buying $14 FM converters from Radio Shack in the late 70s, to CDs in the early 80s, and then almost overnight we all started streaming audio. What is next, neural audio importation?
