A lot of those Region 2 DVD's are often Region 4 as well, but just not advertised as such. The UK and Australia DVD's use the same discs a lot of the time, but the artwork is just changed depending on the location...especially where Blu-ray is concerned. There's a program you can download for free called 'VSO Inspector' and provided you have a DVD Player in your PC/Laptop, you can check what region/s the DVD is. Which obviously opens up the opportunity to see if you can sell to OS as well. You would also be surprised how many of the US DVD's are region free as well....especially if they are TV shows. You can also test the DVD (provided it doesn't have copy protection as it craps out)/Blu-ray and see whether it still works correctly if it has a couple of scratches or whatever.

People have different opinions about the whole issue. I charge a price and postage on top so everything is clear and easy. People know postage prices so why hide it in a total just put it out in the open. If the item is decent and priced fairly people will pay the postage. But it is always a debate. :)
