It wasn't at the time, mind you it was my birthday, and i met Barney, which made me very happy. He cried on stage at one point, and Hooky looked wraught as well. They played virtually an entire set of Joy Division songs, in a summer deluge of rain, and it was marvelous. They then played an appaling set at Glasto the next day, which included a pantomime horse and Keith Allen.

Imagine what Ian would've been without the rest of Joy Division. The complete Joy Division is perfect and New Order is actually pretty awesome since these guys still stick together!

i met him, it was my 31st birthday, and my ex somehow arranged for me to meet Barney (and make a vodka fuelled tit of myself). I loved seeing Pretty in Pink live, and Graham Coxon was spot on, too. I was pleased with the downpour, as it was boiling in the crowd.
