We are taught and teaching our kids that you always, always check your shoes before putting them on. Here in Australia we have venomous snakes, poisonous spiders and stinging insects and if they hide in your shoes (and they do), you are going to get bit/stung.

For sure!! My parents paid a down payment and a little more than 1/2 on tires (dad insisted because they were pretty thin tread and he said he wanted me safe). I was responsible for the balance on the tires, the monthly payments, the insurance, gas, and oil changes/maintenance. I was grateful for the help they gave and never expected them to buy the car and give it to me for free and clear. I had a job and could afford it. Didn't ask them to pay for my wedding either. Not spoiled and thankful for it.

I was very grateful because my dad gifted me his car when he left to work in Brussels but it git totaled tge day my daughter was born....January 25....I loved that car but was thankful my mother and father of my baby were not hurt.....my father also gifted me his old truck years later.....loved that so much

No do not love your parents more for paying a shitload of money that's just a plus. love your parents cos they gave you life. I have 2 daughters 21 n 24 n yea I spoil them always have always will but my youngest daughter went and bought an old car to learn in and I was so impressed she wasnt silly now when she gets her full licence and is a novice driver il buy for help er buy a up to date car but I'm paying 17 grand after paying for my daughter to get her bachelor's degree then her master's now i have to pay 17grand for her to get her teaching degree because her plans on leaving to work in Canada has gone along with life since the covid but, as she said its recession proof plus she has found a new calling. in Ireland we dont drive automatic we all drive gear shift so its alot harder to even get your learners permit n costs a lot to insure like 4 grand when your starting it will decrease the longer you are with them and your no claims has protection too so I don't want my girls to love me more because of the financial things I do for them I want them to be grateful but to love me because they understand the stress and worry about financial issues but they wont understand fully until they have their own. What about the parent who can't afford to do any of that should they be loved less???Omar will say it himself he didn't always have that type of money and if he had if stayed doing hair n only hair they would be no Tesla's but he didn't love them any less actually I know when I was starting out as à mother I was constantly worrying how I was gonna get money but it was because I loved them so much that I wanted to give them everything but I soon realised that being there watching movies with them bringing them out for food and all those things are the things they get nostalgic over so do not love your parents MORE because they paid out a shit load love them because they are your parents and even if they couldn't afford to pay for material things be sure that it pains them deeply because every parent wants what's best and to shower their children with everything their friends have. love them unconditionally because I can promise that they prefer nurturing over buying their love.

You're not being a Karen...you should expect your car to come clean on the inside, at least. 2 weeks is still a long time, coming from Texas or not. Truck drivers can get from Texas to Florida in 2-3 days, realistically. 14 is ridiculous. I wouldn't buy from them a 2nd time! Glad she finally got it, tho!

My bird learns words overnight practically when he's associating words with items etc. He always talks and takes me a minute to figure out the new words he's picked up. He says French fries, pizza, what, pretty bird, nuh night, thank you when you give him something, and a whole bunch of other things. Laughs after you laugh, so cute ❤

Mom helped pay for the car. It was a joint gift. I know how hard I had to work to get my cars! Not easy going to college, working two jobs to make sure I had a roof over my head and savings for a car.

Yeah I went to a dealership and got my old car. Didn’t give me enough gas, didn’t really detail it but cleaned it at least. My recent car was detailed, filled with gas, the works. I agree a dealership should make sure the car is in mint condition before letting you take it.

Here's an idea.. Set up some night vision cameras and link them up to your laptop to watch for the snake... He's only going to come out when it's quiet. Absolutely love love love watching your vlogs.
