Never used your products but I love watching your videos. There are such things as a bad bunch or a defect in a couple of items made. As a autoparts worker for 15yrs. We ran into that a lot, it may not be the one in your hand nor many others but it does happens. We had to return many brand new parts that had a defect.I hope you and the lady can come to a peaceful resolution.

Great explanation of your flat iron’s, now that I have micro loc’s but I have never ever used race as a reason for something not working properly or out for me. I prefer to purchase from a black on business because they should know our hair better than another race because of our texture and curl pattern. But she was just reaching for something. Crystal if this person really purchased your flat iron as I and others have they should've and would've saw as well as read the instructions and flat iron care instructions that you personally put inside of each box which said everything that you just stated in this video. So I personally think that they're trying to get something for nothing and trying to get a refund or get money for damages when there's absolutely nothing wrong with that professional quality flat iron because I have the 1 inch and I'm patiently waiting for the 1/2 inch to be released. Girl, You're waiting on that, too? I have the one inch and I also have their anniversary titanium flat iron from H2PRO, and I've found myself using the Smooth EHC here lately over the H2PRO. This happened to me by my stylist, and I just thought the flat iron was pulling but not pulling my hair out until my hair began to thin. I've always had thick heavy hair. I could literally feel it snag my hair. Needless to say, I'm no longer with her. I am trying to repair my own hair until I find someone without all her baggage. She was an excellent stylist, but something happened, and she is no longer attentive to her clients. I'm so mad I've been paying her to slowly pull out my hair😢😢. Im praying that my hair will bounce back. Thanks for the video!

I have the two inch plate flat iron and I absolutely love it ! Put the Babyliss and three others in storage, glad to hear you explain the heat settings situation because I started low and thought it would be hotter so now I set at 400. As far as using black folk companies, I can understand. My father even brought into that, but let me say, service was not up to par (not talking about hair styling products), just things to be done around the house, I can list some things that will make you not call a black folks owned company again, but of course there are some good one too. I will share what I noticed about a certain black owned company that is now owned by L'Oreal, named after her mother (get my drift)?? Loved her products from the beginning, when she got bit and popular and you had a problem her customer service was ABSOLUTELY terrible, sounded like she hired the whole family and they didn't have a clue !! Even got hung up on one time because the person couldn't be bothered by what I was explaining. L'Oreal would not stand for that, if does happen if can be taken care of, not like your husband is leaving the VM when know one is there and st arts the recording with loud huge clearing of his throat, would L'Oreal or any other company have a voicemail when know is there like that? I think not !!

Some people will use a product improperly and blame the manufacturer or person that made it. There's a great difference in good quality flatirons from low end flatirons,Then to exaggerate that she's down to two strands of hair is ridiculous. Well maybe not my cousin had beautiful natural hair. He stylist ask if she was OK with her new flatiron. 1 week later her during her normal wash her hair started from root hair breakage who says that this or a flatiron was not calibration properly.
