Guys, just so you know, the reason why we don't make clips public until the stream is over, is so that YT doesn't think the clip is the original content and the stream the copy. It just so happens that dooby has been having issues with YT streams disconnecting and ending her stream prematurely, leaving them fragmented in 2 or more VODs. So when the fragment of the stream I clipped ends, I make the clip public, because that archive already exists, so there's no issue.

You can see regular streamers getting clipped with no restrictions at any point, but that doesn't seem to happen with vtubers specifically, because it's common to see big companies involved, and that can be more troublesome. I think Cover might have it as an actual rule (I'm not sure), but it has become so intrinsic to the vtuber community in general that it rarely happens even with indies. Now it's just a thing everyone accepts as natural.

That was just speculation from fans. In reality we don't know what her role in Hololive is now other than what has been told to us: that Amelia Watson is an *_Affiliate_* of Hololive. What "affiliate" means is what's confusing, coz not even Ame was sure about it when she told her chat. It's a new thing for the vtuber industry after all, so some scuff is to be expected. The only certain thing is that she's still gonna show up in Hololive at _some capacity_ in the future.
