DNA showed that the Twins and Taiki are half siblings sharing the same father.... meaning they have the same father, different mother. Aqua and Taiki assumes Uehara is the biological father who cheated on his wife Airi with Ai... but the loophole here which Akane recognized... what if Airi is the one who cheated on Uehara and birth Taiki from another man which explains the murder suicide. As you seen from the end of the episode, the blonde haired man is the biological father... meaning Airi in fact did cheated and Uehara isn't the biological father of Taiki. So many people kept focusing on Uehara being the father that the simplest loophole is Airi slepted with another man.

Aqua is in love with Kana, that's obvious. In the anime, there were many hints about this, and he also perceived today's meeting with her as a date. In the manga, his sympathy for her is more obvious.

About DNA... No two people have the same DNA, except for identical twins, triplets. Now a baby will share 50% DNA with mother and father, but the make up will always be different. So there is no mix in DNA during the DNA test, from Taiki's DNA sample and from Aqua's it is shown they share the same father because 25% of the DNA have similar traits. Reason why Identical Twins have similar DNA (99% identical to be exact)... Identical Twins come from the same egg that fertilize by a sperm that spilt during the zygote phase creating two individuals (3 for triplets). Where as Faternal Twins (Aqua and Ruby), comes from two eggs fertilize by two different sperm. In this case, two different sperm from the biological father got two of Ai's eggs on both ovaries.

Akane is grateful to Aqua for saving her life that's completely different from being in love with someone. It's Kana who has true love feelings towards Aqua , Kana is the one who is in love with Aqua.

Manga made it obvious that Aqua liked Kana from the beginning but didn't start the relationship because he want to protect her. She is an idol now so if she gets a boyfriend, some fans will get crazy (just like the case of Ai). So Aqua don't want to risk Kana's life, that's why he doesn't express his feelings towards her.

Himekawa thought his father had an affair with another women. But in reality its Himekawa's mother who cheated on him. It's the loophole Akane figured out, and the fact Aqua didn't think about this possibility is what makes Akane think that deep down Aqua is tired of his burden. It's even worse because we and Aqua have another clue that Akane don't : age gap. Indeed, Himekawa is 20, Aqua 17, and Himekawa's parents death happened when he was five i.e Aqua was 2-3 and Ai was still alive.
