This was beautiful but also heartbreaking, you can feel the difference in this song, its missing a piece of you tbh, but that doesn't mean youre broken, it means the people you met don't fit your puzzle. I'd bet you can find a fit, but maybe you don't need it, maybe you can find your peace within yourself. Or maybe I'm projecting cause everyone leaves me too and I'm just feeling like if I can't find my happiness within myself, it's not possible for me to have at all. I'm autistic and don't fit even w other neurodiverse people, so I just assume I'm going to be alone forever. Maybe I can make it work tho. Anyway. My husband and I met online. We met RIGHT before COVID, had one date in person, and then they shut the world down. It was rough and frustrating, but worth it. People will find a way and will stay when they think you’re worth it. It took many years for me to learn that someone deciding I wasn’t worth it to them didn’t mean I wasn’t worth it at all. I'd just like to say I really appreciate you and your music, I just found you but everything I've heard top notch stuff I feel I should pay for. And I really love this song so much, it really resonates with me, I constantly have these anxieties about being too much, causing too many problems, pouring too much of myself out, And it kind of suprised me when I heard you describing the pain you went through, because I had the same experience a few months ago, and I can totally understand that pain, it completely wrecked me. I opened myself up and was crushed when they left saying they'd talk to me again. I've apparently discovered you late and I'm sad that you don't appear to still be active. It's strangely similar to dichotomous thinking. It took almost to the end but it may be worth the time to check a self assessment for something in cluster b personality. The rush of relationships that are always going to end anyway and it's always something that you bleed over. That's just a more eloquent definition of the attachment style, thinking, ruminating and mood lability (I think, I'm not an expert and am suggesting it only to give you an option to find more information.) Personally, if you feel the information online describes your perspective, I think a few more verses to this to encompass the entire cycle of behavior would be nearly devastating in hearing the emotional description. To me at least, but my emotions are withered things. I also felt I should make sure I showed I appreciate your expression and vulnerability and that I am not strong enough to reveal much about my car ride, much less any metaphor for something that hurts to remember. I do appreciate your being able to make use of your experience to help others remember there's as well.
