After having the best popular Polish Zapiekanka street food in Kraków, I found out that there was a restaurant called SMACZNY KASSEK in South London, Tooting where I can also buy it so I went to try it to find out the differences, will I still enjoy it as much as I did in Poland. Probably because we’ve had polish immigration since WWII. And.especially in the past 20 years since EU immigrants from the former Eastern block countries were given the automatic right to work in the UK.

Yeah exactly I was really surprised, especially that neither polish or english had any sight of accent or at least for me, but I'm Pole so i might be wrong. The reason why I was surprised is that even though she might have been raised in the UK(that would explain good english) she still doesn't have any problem with speaking Polish unlike other famous people like Joanna Krupa who has very strong american accent. Oh and she seemd very nice person.

There are many national minorities in Great Britain, each has its own dedicated shops and restaurants, but what is noticeable is the fact that Polish shops and restaurants are always the cleanest and most well-kept, even more so than British ones. In a Polish restaurant, I wouldn't be afraid to pick something up from the floor if it falls and eat it. As we say in Polish, if it didn't stay there longer than 5 seconds, it doesn't count ;)

@@dr.detektor6068 Mieszkam w UK i zauważyłem, że młodzi Polacy najczęściej mają właśnie brytyjski akcent, bo ich rodzice się tu przeprowadzili jak byli bardzo młodzi, a rodzice najczęściej trzymają się głównie z Polakami, pracują w miejscach gdzie są sami Polacy, przez co nie są "zmuszeni" do nauki języka, z takim czymś najczęściej się spotykałem

Jaka miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Szczególnie ta śliczna blondynka, która tak pięknie mówi po angielsku. Przy takiej obsłudze wszystko o wiele bardziej smakuje, a jedzonko wygląda naprawdę apetycznie. Powodzenia dla tych miłych pań w tym kulinarnym interesie. Andre, try to visit a Polish restaurant in Neasden called "Family Restaurant". Alternatively, try Sowa at Ealing Broadway. Both have nice selection of beers and good food, highly recommend! If you like different flavour vodkas try "Ognisko" in South Kensington by Imperial College. Look forward to your next adventure! ;)
