A splendid production! I'm horrified that the Orange Tree, Richmond, Surrey are planning a "production" set in the Charleston Age! That would require the omission of omission of many ideas from one of the many great Irish writers of English e. g. the father choosing his daughter's husband, horses, coaches, the minuet, etc.. The splendid language is of the eighteenth century & it's a relevant classic. Don't meddle with them!
