She Took A Handlebar To Her Thigh! Supercross With The Reeds

Practicing Supercross no matter the skill level is a very dangerous activity. Timing every jump right to connect the rhythm sections, to choosing the best line to take in each corner- split-second decisions can make or break how you navigate a supercross track. In Kiah's case, one tiny mistake cost her a handlebar to her thigh. Luckily, nobody was hurt and we ended another solid day of training in one piece!

One thing for sure is Kiah is tough as nails and she has a whole lot of determination. She didn't hesitate at all to get back on the track after she caught her breath. That was awesome of Tate to try to help his sister as well. Watching the Reed family out there together never gets old. Keep up the great work guys!

Kiah, you're such a badass! Keep up the good work! You are looking really good on the supercross track. You might even have to teach your father a thing or two about posture 😉😜😃 I'm still waiting for Chad to put his chest a bit more forward as he has done in the past during the times when he was the fastest he ever been. But i guess there is a fine line between pushing hard and beeing safe. Just look at his two biggest crashes, the one in 2012 and the then chadapult. Both where 2 times when he was faster then he probably ever been, and he was hanging over the handlebars like he had to show the bike how fast it could really go. But that confidence and speed he had there before those freak accidents was insane. I don't think anyone alive would have beaten him those days if that shit didn't happen. I'm so sad i can't afford to go to Cardiff this weekend to see Chad race live for once in my life, but good luck Chad and I really hope you have fun and get the itch back enough so that I can see you race once more in Europe 😉 it's one of my biggest wishes in life to see you race live. ❤️ Good luck!

Kiah's a scrappy gal. Imagine that? All 3 kids getting stronger,better,braver and faster. Love the sport. The brutal truth is, if you ride it long enough you're going to hit the dirt. When I first saw this I said "oh no. Not the baby girl" but she popped back up and went again. A skill she will need on the track and off as well. Good job, Kiah!
