What a cute place Marina has. She seems so happy with her decision. She's living in the Grove and I heard they have a really great community coming together. They've had several BBQs and get-togethers that the residents have put together. Apparently at the last one 4 people with guitars came. I've been watching Randy and company for several years, and I love what they're doing. They are building a real community of people who love the tiny home lifestyle.

It seems to me The Grove has become a safe harbor to many wonderful people who were looking for like-minded hearts. I'm happy each one of them found what they were looking for. I have to admit I had my doubts initially with homes so close together, but I was very wrong. It's like a little piece of heaven to those who are there.

I had my doubts too at first about how close the houses were in the Grove. Then I met some of the folks and completely changed my mind. I spoke with someone from there today. They were telling me how someone projected a football game up on a fence last night and folks gathered and enjoyed the game and a potluck! My.kind of community.

We were all had the same thoughts of being close together but, it really isn't. We actually have space and privacy if we want. My neighbors are wonderful and very respectful and loving. We're like a second family. To those who want privacy or isolation we respect their wishes. The Grove is better than I had expected.

Wow, Marina really has done a wonderful job designing her 12x20. I had seen Randy do a video of this model and I was apprehensive as it looked all the space was too condensed with the kitchen section, but she has made it appear spacious. I wonder how much Marina was able to get her 12x20. I believe Randy was initially offering that home, deck, fence, a place in the Grove for $75K. May Marina enjoy good health in the future.

I lived in a space that size about 40 yrs ago and where her cabinet in front of her bed is I built a movable 6ft closet that I put curtains on for doors and it also gave me extra storage for my family pics and stuff. Her place brought back some simple and nice memories

Love Marina's place! Shocked how nice her bathroom is! Welcome to "OUR" community, I am a thirty three year breast cancer survivor! Not stage 4 but still. I have a friend who beat stage 4 breast cancer. Another friend who was on chemo at the same time as me, so thirty three year lymphoma survivor. Exercise really helped me with the side effects of treatment!! All the best to Marina and we hope to see you again in this space!
