"The self so tattered" means that she lost her identity. And "sacrifice,sacrifice the subject of illusory connect left unchecked" is about how much one gives to play and entertain a persona online. Often social media personalities share alot about their lives to their fans and other, creating a illusion of connection like friends. But the truth is that the relationship between influencers and viewers is not the same like real life friends. And so when they overshare too much(like Ame having a breakdown live) the reaction isn't like in real life. In real life Ame's friends wouldn't call her 'puke girl' or ask her to 'puke again'. In a way Ame is 'sacrified' by the internet,at the expense of her sanity, for entertainment. The lines between real life and internet,and their different boundaries, get blurred.
