So, Giri, the technique for making layered drinks....1st things 1st, the different fluids HAVE to have different viscosity (think syrup to water, floating soda on soda is not a thing), pour the thickest liquid, place your spoon NEAR the surface of the previous layer and pour the next thinnest viscosity layer slowly over THE BACK of the spoon (near the surface, over the back of the spoon, very important), then repeat these steps using thinner and thinner fluids. VIOLA! Layered drinks. Example: A B-52 shot is a shot glass with 1/3 coffee liqueur, 1/3 Baileys Irish Cream, and 1/3 Grand Marnier layered in that order.
