Yosh is a lucky boy. He has a drop dead gorgeous yummy mommy who happens to be a fantastic cook. Bonita is a lucky girl because she has a handy hubby who installed a new, two burner, gimballed stove to match the glam kitchen, which clearly inspired her two make an inspired meal of fried seafood to accompany a fresh salad. It looks like a win-win deal all the way around and I have to tell you, that gorgeous meal had me salivating. Yosh you are spoiled rotten.

When i crumb or flour fish I find putting the crumbs in a zip lock bag drop the fish into the bag twit it off and shake and press it .Less messy.

I'd put a lock on the stove to stop in gimbaling when you're at anchor. It's much easier to cook on and it prevents stuff spilling if it's accidentally lent on. There should be a mount on the stove designed for the job.

To get old chrome and stainless back to a polish shine use a chrome, metal polish or any car polishing wax. Using rags and small buffers. You'll be amazed how easy it is to do. Gimbal ovens are great but not when they kick you back in the shins. 😁👍
