This is a really good transmigration/revenge-plot costume production with good actors and a strong revenge-arc. Only thing missing is romance. I mean the couple do get married rather early in the story, but there is no romance. Frankly, FL was so engaged in her vengeance that there wasn’t any room left for romance/chemistry. Besides that, it’s a solid revenge-story with a satisfying end. SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! A female gangster boss is captured and killed in modern times. She somehow connects with a fat Princess in ancient times that were severely bullied - onto being on the brink of committing suicide. Their souls make a pact to make the modern day woman (FL) enter the ancient woman’s body in order to take revenge on her behalf. Thus FL transmigrates into ancient times and arrives at a time where her fiancé, the Prince, wants to break off their engagement due primarily to her ugly appearance. Present is another Prince (ML). When he accidentally sees a barely visible mark (the pact) on her hand, he realizes that she might be the person he has been looking for. Angry with her current situation, FL begins her plan to change her life by changing her diet and exercise. Finally she achieves her goal and emerges as the beautiful woman she is underneath all the extra weight - much to everybody’s surprise. At a later hunting trip, she gets to show off her martial arts and medical skills as she saves the Emperor with the help of ML - and is greatly rewarded. But those who bullied the original owner keep scheming and try to hurt FL, so she accepts the marriage to ML in order to use him in her revenge plans. A help he is willing to give despite the lack of love, since she promises to make him Crown Prince and later Emperor. Well, not spoiling too much, this has a very happy ending.
