Awesome job! I live in a subdivision similar to this house. There are so many homes who refuse to clean or have their driveway cleaned. I just don't understand why not. Look how much better the whole house looks. It's called curb appeal. Even this lady was like NO and didn't even hear a price or hardly let him finish his sentence.

I always look out for senior citizens and their way of thinking.. I had a buddy who struggled up four floors with shopping, so I simply reached out and helped. She passed away at 92 without any family at her bedside, and she was the kindest woman to us.

I don’t think people realize how dirty there cement is until you clean it. When I did our cement walkway and stairs I couldn’t believe how dirty it was. But it made the whole house look great. So now I try to do it every couple years.

Absolutely! I borrowed a neighbor's old pressure washer last summer, just to clean a few squares of my patio. I ended up doing much more. I was amazed when I washed the front sidewalk. I had no idea it was THAT grungy. When wet, it was almost black compared to the fresh, bright, cleaned area.

I realize that your results can only be as good as the foundation you are working with, but this property turned out to be so beautiful.
