Ok, that final walk away was AWESOME, but here’s what I imagine happened after the show ends - Psycho Suzy and her parents are picked up by the police. They were all in on it together and were working to get her crazy butt married to the stupid dude, so since they did the crime, they gotta do the time. Neither her nor her dad get any more surgeries, so you can guess what ends up happening to them in jail. 😵 Heart donor’s sister ends up sharing a cell with crazy pants, cause she’s shady as shiz, so you just KNOW she’s done something illegal to justify it. They bond and braid each other’s hair until the donated ticker gives out, which ultimately drives her bonkers and she spends the rest of her life safely locked up in the psych ward. 🤤 Dude is taken to the hospital, where he is fine but a little confused, since the “knife of forgiveness” didn’t seem to work out for him. Though he tries to get back with the FL, she blocks his numbers (and his parents and his friends) and won’t even give him a chance. When he approaches her and grabs her, she knees him in the junk 😣, and he gets a clue to leave her alone. He finally caves (again 🙄) to pressure from his parents and remarries. This time it’s another business marriage, but turns out the chick is actually a lesbian and they live in different houses cause she won’t let him near her with his boy cooties. He hears about the FL’s happy life from mutual friends and regrets. He becomes a bitter, grumpy, lonely old man yelling at kids to get off his lawn, while his wife and her “maid” live happily down the street. The FL moves away (this time successfully) and starts a better life for herself. She volunteers at an orphanage a couple times a month and it helps ease the pain in her soul. The SML has obviously followed her, and she recognizes that he is amazingly supportive, caring, patient and attractive, so after a bit she agrees to date him (I saw those slightly intrigued looks she kept giving him each time he confessed!😉). After a year they get married and because he is an amazing doctor they even have two kids together! They are all ridiculously happy and never give dumb old what’s-his-name another thought. THE END

Oh my god. it's so torturing to see FL going through everything from the start till end, only for a few minutes of her getting her revenge finally. Why can't ML and SFL just get together and go away, out of FL's life. It's so disturbing that ML keep going back to FL saying he loves her and all but yet he turned his back on her every time when SFL comes into picture. So the heart of his loved one is more important that the one who is alive in front of him? thankfully FL walked away even after ML took the knife for her. He totally deserved it.

You just didn't like the consequences of doing that, so you AGREED to get married, and are now blaming her. Not a real man, are you? If you really don't want to get married to someone, you stand your ground when saying no, and accept the consequences that comes with it. If you don't, you cannot truthfully say you were forced. You are just angry you didn't get everything exactly as you wanted it, so are taking it out on your wife. I read this novel..they had a child though since i skip many chapters i didnt know how they got a child together. Though she refused to tell/admit he's the father. His first love is alive and he also has a son with that woman. I didnt know who was the heart donor again i skipped many chapters 😂😂😂 I already stopped reading and didnt know if they still eventually got back together. I think she walked away knowing he was going to die and they were going to rewind. This time knowing how those people deceived him, he would live his life differently, avoiding those parasites, and cherish her instead since now he was in love with her. Knowing he would be reborn, she took her well deserved revenge, and walk away from him in his final moments of life so he would feel the burn. That way he would know better in their rewinded lives not to ever mess with her.
